Have seen tons of videos where people just trap it, drag dead dinos to it > it sniffs > it eats > next taming phase. Now we tried the same for the last two hours and it always sniffed but never ate a single corpse. Ok well one I find it best to tame any level dodo soon as you spawn in use mejoberries they help tame a male and female dodo any level then I suggest to make basic kibble for the parasaur which you need one extra small which that is what the female dodo is for then 5 fiber which you get from plants along with berries 1 water skin I think 1 piece of cooked meet and 10 tintoberries which are red and 5 yellow berries

I might be wrong on the recipe for kibble so I suggest to look it up

I’m pretty new to ark but I understand most things, but oh my god the difficulty slider is so confusing, so do I increase it for higher level dinos and a higher loot chance or decrease it? and what’s the max wild dino at its max?

Max wild dino level depends on TWO variables so you can't give a value for max dino level for slider at 1

the second variable is difficultyoverride which is 1 by default on singleplayer, 5 on official, 4 when you turn on "max difficulty' (in server settings, 4 due to a bug, should be 5) and can set it to anything using "overrideofficialdifficulty" in gameusersettings.ini

Hi can anyone help? I downloaded ark through epic games and loaded into a singleplayer world and the game looks absolutely horrible even on max settings. It looks super grainy, even though a maxed out the res scale. Im playing on 1080p and other games look so much better and sharper (also im not using aa, it looks even worse)
