Ark is all about preparation. For high level tame:

1. Prepare a trap (6 foundation 20 door frames 4 ramps should do nicely for theri)

2. Prepare the correct amount of darts/tranq arrows/taming food/narcotics for a high level tame. Use dododex to calculate what you need. Bring a few extra tranqs in case you miss.

3. Scout for a high level wild dino.

4. Setup trap/respawn area with bags/beds near the dino you want to tame.

5. Lead high level dino into trap, and the rest is history.

Every time I log out of the game, if my shoulder buddy is on my shoulder. When I log back in she is floating in the air. I have just been able to pick her back up from there and she hasn't been hurt. But is this a common issue?

Happens to all shoulder/held pets when you're holding them and you log off. It's normal. Your character goes to sleep, meaning they cannot hold the dino.

If you’re on official, you can travel to any free map as long as it is installed.
Most official clusters have also multiple servers hosting the same map, so you have a lot of potential servers to go to.
There is an upload timer though, of 16 minutes. This is basically everything that keeps you from transferring stuff at will. But your character without items on it can travel at any time/instantly

Better Waypoints V2 is a great little QoL mod I would also recommend. Doesn't change things up too drastically, but still super convenient imo.
Getting into bigger great mods that I think make sense on most servers, I'd also recommend Awesome Spyglass and Dino Storage V2.
Then there's even more drastic, but still great stuff, like Best Eggs, No Untameables, Better Dinos, and Additions @silent matrix

Might also look into Beacon for ARK, which makes it much easier to tweak settings and loot drops

Steps to Tame a high level Desmodus with 100% Effektiveness (you need a low level Desmodus to start) :

Step 1: Tame a Stego/Andrewsarchus and saddle them (the saddle on the Andrew is essential!)

Step 2: Tame a Moschops of any level

Step 3: Farm 400-600 Bloodpacks

Step 4: After finding your target Desmodus take out your Stego/Andrewsarchus and your Moschops

Step 5: Put all the Bloodpacks except for the last 100 in the Moschops (the other 100 you keep in your own inventory)

Step 6: put the Moschops on "Following: Lowest" and let it follow your Andrew/Stego

Step 7: Aggro the Desmodus by approaching it and let it grab the moschops, the Desmodus will eat 10 Bloodpacks from the Moschops' inventory and then drop it, this will raise its Effectiveness by 1-3% (repeat this until the Desmodus is at 100% Effectivness. Do not unmount while doing this!)

Step 8: once the Desmodus is at 100% Effectiveness unmount and offer yourself up to the Desmodus. It will grab you and eat 10 Bloodpacks and then drop you.

Step 9: after it dropped you immediately mount your Andrew/Stego again. And let it grab the Moschops again so it's Effectiveness goes back up to 100%

Step 10: Repeat Step 8 & 9 until the Desmodus is tamed.

This will allow you to get perfect tames.

So you kill the BeeHive, and Queen start's flying around while her Minions little Bees attack you and you have to wear Ghillie suit so they would not attack you, and stay crouch so they do not see you, you equip Rare Flower in last slot bar in you r inventory and sneak under Queen Bee and Feed it to her a button will show

Well, that depends on if you are resource poor, or not. Shocking tranqs do a lot more torpor, but it's best to shoot and wait 8 seconds. They also spoil over time. So it's best to make just as many as you need

I used to leave the Tek Rexes outside my extinction base in aggressive so they could farm element dust from defenders and enforcers

Forgot to turn them off aggressive during turkey trial, luckily I noticed they were fighting the turkeys and put them back to attack my target

That’s really what I should do with my Parasaur. It’s almost always my first tame that I’ll use for all of like 10 minutes, then it sits outside my base for months not being used xD
