Fenrir is boring, reuses wolf animations and doesnt have a niche. Its also an early game mount designed to be in a very cold, non early game biome, then on release being a boss reward.

Velonasaur does the "minigun" niche wayyyy better. It has a reason, camoflauge in a desert by acting like cactus, which also makes the needles make sense on top of being element infused

imo easiest way to rework maewings to be balanced is to either remove the glide entirely or make it objectively worse than drake glide. Farming berries/fiber and doubling as a combat/underwater mount is already better than 99% of other early game tames
