The problem is that people were playing normally and the maps reset. When they came back online after 5 minutes, people started logging in and the map no longer had any loot.

I closed the map and did a rollback of up to 4 hours, and the loot returned intermittently and incompletely.

Go to a beach and use like an enclosure with ramps leading up into that pit.

I actually just found out the lake I'm built on in LC is just deep enough for Helicoprion (randomly tested out of curiosity), so I ended up fully finishing off the enclosure by blocking the river and setting up some vacuum chambers for an underwater breeding zone 😛
