Once you get a response, usually within 3-4 days, you'll make an appointment, depending on how busy they are it can be anywhere from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks. Seen as alot of people are losing there characters it's probably gonna be the latter

Usually when they have repeating transfer issues like this they'll turn autodecay off for a few weeks. It's likely that if it goes on for much longer, or repeats again tomorrow they probably will

Okay i meed some help anyone who play on steam. I bought ark for my nephew around Christmas and we played on day. recurring issue from yesterday. Once again, I have lost my items, and now I also cannot see any items stored in the cloud (Ark Data).

Yesterday, I lost over 200 Helicoprion eggs and X-Fish. I spent 5 days gathering them, and now all that progress is gone. Switching between NA and EU servers does not fix the problem. While I am able to recover my character on the Aberration map after it gets lost during transfer, the eggs and today's items are still missing.

This event has been completely ruined for me and many other players facing similar issues. I believe Studio Wildcard should extend the event or increase the rates as compensation for this massive loss of progress due to server side errors. 🤬
