I’m on Xbox. I’ve been having issues with game crashes for MONTHS. I even uninstalled the game for a couple months. Currently I’m crashing before I get to the main menu (not the first time I’ve dealt with this). Sometimes if I load up a different game and go back to it I can get to the main menu. But I crash when I try to load up a saved solo play file (again not the first time having this issue). I’ve tried modded, unmodded, not using “god mode”, using “god mode”, using “god mode very little”, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting saved files (done multiple times), shutting off and unplugging my system (done multiple times), uninstalled it and left it so for a couple months, stored it on my internal storage, stored it on my external storage. I’m still having regular crashes. Is this common or am I massively unlucky? For I would love to actually play. I enjoy the game and spent a good deal of money on it. However I’m at my limit and wits end and about ready to just cut my losses and be done with the game. PS as for my internet connection side of things I am hardwired and my partner who lives with me and is also hardwired doesn’t have half the issues I do with the game.

Kinda sounds like a weird corrupt file thing causing the game to freak out. Had a similar issue one time. I just had to HARD reset aka full delete all the save data and essentially just restart the whole game in order to actually get it working

It’s a pain, but playing solo ain’t that bad especially when using quality of life mods that helps boost your resources and other stuff like that.

When you go into your save data in the Xbox menu, you should see the save data, just delete all that and the actual game. It was essentially make a clean slate

Finding Ossidon Alpha in Lost Colony map is a frustrating experience. It doesn't all have to be easy, the problem is when we use these tributes, which are difficult to find. In my last attempt to complete the Boss, in ALPHA mode, our group of 7 players disconnected before reaching the final battle. Everyone lost their chance, and this is the 4th time this has happened. The developers need to do something about this Boss. @craggy solstice @twilit grotto @civic bison

Oh yeah. We used to have a paid server. Finances got tight and I was the only one of the friend group playing so we let it go. Im going to call it Rebirth, and its an Ark that focuses on player combat and evolution over improving dinosaurs
