I'm having a persistent issue with Ark: Ascended updates on Steam. Every time there's a patch, the 'patching files' process takes an incredibly long time, even for small updates.

My setup:
The game is installed on a dedicated M.2 NVMe SSD (Drive G).
I have over 270GB of free space on that drive.
Steam is set to use this drive as the default library.
Despite having high-speed storage and plenty of space, the disk usage during patching is very slow/inconsistent. Is there a known fix for this, or a specific Steam setting I should adjust to stop it from bottlenecking?

Can someone help me and inform me about Ark ASA? I was unfairly banned when I quit my job. Suddenly, I was being banned just for recruiting people who were flagged for using hacks, and I lost my account unjustly. I provided all kinds of evidence, files from my PC, privacy and security details, everything, and they still say they won't lift the ban. I want to know if I can file a complaint to take legal action or whatever, until they lift the unfair ban. Because quitting my job and losing everything—money, time invested, and my account—isn't funny at all

I can tell you from experience on ASE that if you are in a tribe with people who are known to cheat they will ban everyone for being associated. Nothing you can do as one of the GMs told me "Choose your tribemates better" I'm positive that followed to ASA as well.

I actually recruited people to play Small, to start over with new people. But it seems I was flagged for using hacks, and I didn't know that. So they banned the entire tribe, and despite providing proof, they refuse to remove the hack. I want to take legal action and report them wherever I can, especially for mismanagement, because even with photo and video evidence, they keep insisting and giving the game a bad reputation when they're the ones who mismanaged it from the beginning.
