Wildcard has a massive dev team some of you are acting like they have it hard. They are not 1 dude in his mom's basement coding a game. They have a full development team and testers. There is no excuse for what happened. They rushed their updates like they always do. Sometimes nothing happens other times they have to roll out another update to fix the problem and it's a small problem. This time they destroyed the game and they don't know how to fix it. This is what happens when you rush updates without properly testing. Don't defend wildcard they make good money to do their job and they rush everything out. Saying teach me how to code or you should do it because you know so much is b.s 1 person vs a massive multi million dollar company with a massive dev team and testers yeah no they botched it up really bad. Yes you would have to admit yalls new content is the problem but All damage done would be Restored and you can simply rolll the Mega Update back out after proper testing. You’re clearly new to ark. This isn’t “recent events” this has been going on since the first game released back in 2017 buddy. Every single map released since 2017 in both games were delayed. They’ve NEVER released a map on time ever in the 9 years they’ve been doing this game. Not even one time. They don’t test anything, they release the patches and pray to god that it works and if it doesn’t, they take their sweet time, get 10+ hours of sleep when they’re tired. No other game has this problem. None. Could you imagine the uproar and all of the news articles on various social media if a game like cod or Fortnite even went down for a couple hours? Quit pretending like this should be a normal thing from a company. They gouge us for money and make us pay extra money for access to Dino’s that are already on maps we pay for like pyros and dreadmares and they just pocket the money instead investing it back into an actual competent team.

To be frank, to the defenders you cant take this issue as a one time thing that should be brushed aside. There are systemic issues with how the company handles breaks in the game and keeps gamers in the dark. Happens almost every new map launch, and major overhaul that happens like this. Many players here are INAPPROPRIATELY, but somewhat understandably venting their frustration with how ARK has these persistent issues over years.

That being said, to the upset and veteran players such as myself; to save your mentality, assume the game wont be up until after the weekend. Accept it and move on, if it happens sooner then "Happy Days". At this point we all know there is no point continuing to vent.
