Yup. Even doing an outpost now will break your inventory. Several of our server tribes got hit after alpha defense. No one could pod Dino’s. I tested with blood packs. Thankfully was the only thing I transferred before killing myself to fix it.

Working on them all is the problem. If you pay for something and its broken what happens. It gets fixed (or you get a new item to replace the broken one because you've paid for it). The crashes, broken thralls and boss fights should be prioritised over the rest.
