whipping out of them is super inconsistent, it either takes 2 whips or 10. the stats on them are way too high, in many peoples opinions griffins shouldnt be able to get to 150k hp or 2.5k melee, either being used to fly into turret towers or on the melee side 1 tap 2k dura cap flak or deal 8k dmg to a 20k hp wyvern. also the pick range on them is masssive you dont even have to be close to someone to pick them

Considering I used to play asa on a laptop with a 2060 8gbvram, granted it was on the lowest settings but still... very playable. So a 3080 should have no issues on med/high settings. My pc now runs a rx 7800 xt which is very far from a top end gpu and i play at max settings with 60+fps
