none of those put any meaningful load on bus/vram, also not how anything works. user-ring software cant cause a hardware crash by itself. everything you described sounds exactly like a hardware crash, and are not known issues anyone else has with the game.

depends on how close it is getting, 90-95% is fine, even 85% is not too bad. load level changes pretty rapidly as the scene complexity changes. if it is under 80% and/or not reaching full clockspeed, it is bottlenecked somehow or just chilling at an intentional performance cap (vsync ect). what CPU and average framerate are you getting?

GPU "usage" just means how many of the cores are being used effectively. it can be 100% usage at 5% of max performance, if the load level is exceptionally smooth

CPU bottlenecks usually coincide with the load level looking like a bad stock market day, though, so it will be all over the place. clockspeed can also undulate aggressively

and a 5070Ti is ludicrously, uselessly overkill for 1080p. basically going to be CPU bottlenecked in any game in existence by virtue of hitting the max possible performance easily
