im not on ps5 but from what others have said.. if you have no access to delete mods from storage and are just going in circles you may have to uninstall the game to remove its data.. upon re-installation immediately go to settings and disable custom cosmetic downloads.. there are 2 settings to do this on pc so im not sure the process on ps5.. Hide Enemy Structure Cosmetics from General>UI tab and Disable Cosmetic Downloading under Advanced tab

There is a button that says uninstall all. It doesnt matter if you see any mods. You dont want to only delete your mods...you want to get rid of the ones that are not listed. But you do that after changing to disable dynamic downloads
