Ive gone the perimeter of the snow globe killing direwolves, ankys, stegos, argys, chalicos, yutys, deer and rexes for the past 4 hours. No gigas or carches have spawned. Am i doing something wrong? Wiki says gigas have more than double the spawn weight (0.125) of rexes (0.06), yet I have seen tons of rexes and even yutys (0.03) but no gigas or carches. Why? Am I just unlucky? Most times it comes as a foundation or pillar wipe and a warning. WC will come in and remove a couple of things if given coords for each thing without warning depending if it’s something left over or has been placed maliciously. Usually after multiple warnings they will get a ban on the server but they can just jump on a different server after that as far as I’m aware.

Thing is, they also wipe pillars placed exclusively at rare spawns to keep them alive, resulting in these spots being destroyed by some fools who, unlike those saving these rare spawns, only think about themselves and disregard the fact that you can use areas without building a base, but rather to farm or tame as well.

Yes and no there are a lot of tribes out there that will destroy spawns just so they can hold those things from everyone like oh you want a ice wyv on rag before servers open well you speak to us to get 1 because we farmed the dung out of them the first day then built bases on and near the nests (only pillars and foundations that are spammed out are considered a breach of CoC and not when considered as part of a base. I have done this and the generator does not power everything - only the tek one does everything. However, most things like fridges and elevators or crafting tools like grills tool benches run on any power source - things like a teleporter are messed up when the tek gen goes offline. i run the tek gen only when i need the tek items powered

The fish in the Strong cave (hard snow) have a loot bonus (I think x5). If you clear the nasty stuff in the first room you can come back in on a pelagornis or gasbag and fish the spot just left of the entrance. Theres always about 50 salmon there in a tight pack

It's all about the stat point distribution, not the stat value. "Good" is different for every tame. You need tek binoculars so you can see how many points are in each stat. For land and air tames 50+ is a good start, for sea and amphibians you want 60+

Gas generators have a setting to auto activate when unpowered. If you have that selected it should kick on as soon as your tek gen runs out.
