Why do you prefer it?

I found power sword supremely efficient in taking out rot armor, but was really bothered by how I could only do 3 hits before I had to turn it on again. Which made me think about using the falchion. Then asked in #veteran-class whether it was good or not and was told it was very bad compared to the Power Sword.
