@tall torrent Which do you think is better, combat axe or tactical axe. Trying it out, I quite like the extra mobility of the tactical axe but combat axe feels a bit stronger.

no, combat axe wants more melee investment
tac axe is a really strong "cheap pick" because it gives u a lot of things by default:
rager stagger, high dodge, good horde clear, good atk speed
but it's not that high mixed horde or single target dps

the hoard clearing just feels so clean
one swing is often enough to swipe a handful of goons
the tac axe... eh

I think it's better than before with the crusher spawn reduction, but it's still not good at single target
and still not good at fighting multiple ragers at once

Can go shout vet which is more meta to give your team shitloads of gold toughness
or focus on gun vet to mag dump a monster with a bolter or go infinite ammo recon lasgun
and even if you don't do well, you existing helps your team a lot with free ammo
