well, you can check some values for yourself, inspect a mk3 and a mk6, the mk3 will offer you x2.89 heavy critical and weakspot attack power at 80 finesse stat, the identical mk6 will give you x2.39.

it's not about opinion, if you want the better single target, the mk3 is it

Mk3 has better horde clearing lights with single target heavy stabs; PA can cleave but is a good single target action, special punch is faster but weaker(?) than the Mk 6

Mk6 lights are less sweeping, still can light spam; Heavy attacks are sideways and can combo H1 > L2 for horde clear; The ST is the Mk6's PA, which is a very fast stab that is a bit faster than the Mk3's PA; Special is the same but slower than the Mk 3

psyker has a higher crit chance as base so flesh tearer can spread out some bleeds for you on the VI's wider sweep but on a psyker i will bow out, my psyker is only level 130 compared to my lv700 zealot

To ranged attacks toughness acts as generic shield hp in other shooters like borderlands where it has to hit 0 before doing health damage, when taking melee hits it instead acts as health damage reduction so if you have 100% of your toughness when you get hit, it absorbs 100% of the damage it would have done to ur hp

If you have 50% toughness 50% of it leaks through and hits ur hp

and then gold toughness is above 100% so that's why u don't take hp damage from melee hits until the gold is gone

at least I think that's how it works from what i remember but I could be wrong

Yeah like you say DT is still a bit of a power fantasy, but I feel like Orks would be enough of a step up powerwise to get the same feel darktide has and we would be playing as created characters again its not as if they would have the named chosen one complex that characters like titus have. Cheating lol, I use accessibility mods, hybrid sprint for my left hand pinky, allows me to use both toggle and hold sprint at the same time, Skitarius lets me macro combos that hurt my right hand and spidey sense helps me ear dogs. I can hear flamers and trappers, they're high pitch but the dogs get lost to my right ear. I have arthritis and lost some hearing from the military.
