It's good as is. You could do bump the flak to T4 or keep it play around with the 2nd perk. Unyielding is good. 5% crit chance is universal. maniac is also a contender.

if you wanna one-tap crushers you lose utility from warp siphon/enhanced psionics (still absolutely worth it though since it also lets you kill lesser things with a partial charge)

DS4 is also great for melee option and recon lasgun 6d is pretty good.
If you want revolver, I would opt for creeping flames over scrier's gaze. The small rounds available and constant reloading make scrier's gaze less worth it to me.
