I was thinking the storm would be targeted like trauma, but it doesn't appear there, it moves from the caster to where ever you place it, doing damage, freezing lesser enemies and slowing greater enemies on the way there, Once it is at the location you target it will stay there spinning for like 8 seconds before despawning. The damage for the storm isn't very high, but it outright freezing horde enemies and making greater enemies slower would be useful.

The frozen enemies much like in DRG would take increased damage while frozen. Maybe there could be a blessing that makes the slow affected enemies take extra damage while cold as well.

The peril costs for the storm are high though, so you can't pump out like 6 of these and have everything CC'd forever, enemies also have a temporary resistance to being frozen again for a few seconds after being unfrozen.

The quicker ice shard attack would be a big shard of ice that can freeze some elite enemies (human sized ones, not ogryns) for a few seconds while also doing a fair amount of damage.

BB and trauma kinda depends on what you want to use the most. BB is made vastly better with EP, but trauma without shriek and WS can be harder to manage (especially shriek).

If you are doing high aggro blaze trauma, creeping flames and WS is highly recommended. BB is there as a support and gets ignored a lot of the time.
