Ah, i can tell you with certainty as i have done this myself many times and have talked it out with a very good evisc player, it is sadly, not worth it trying to make do with shred + scourge for perfect strike. Use wrath + rampage instead, it's true that losing perfect strike is some utility loss, however you will be doing more dps regardless because, marty.

Probably not to the extent you imagine. You can still cleave through mauler's bodies, the only thing that of course you must remember to special are the crushers
As without perfect strike typical evisc combos are pointless

It's moreso for prime target itself, and enduring faith has some reasonable uptime you can use when needed because of your consistent FOTF cdr from marty. 15% toughness replenishment from prime target + EWEW with restorative verses will make chip damage and gunners a joke + as a bonus you still do have an instant 10% dmg bonus (you'll be killing elites all the time), and to top it all off, you're grabing a 10% melee dmg node. Though if you're not convinced, it's not the end of the world you can do it
