just preferences

arbitrator has good stamina regen, so i dont think stamina is needed

unless you are using weapon that requires spamming push-attack, like crusher maul

no. If you're lvl 30 (you'll get higher lvl bases for items that way), look for a perfect set of maximum stats at the armory or buy greys till you find one
then you empower till 500 (which requires high mastery) and get your perfect weapon

I don’t know if modifiers being removed or added is a common thing because I have only been playing for a few weeks, but I remember that there was a modifier which spawned moebian enemies, and also the modifier which blessed random enemies with more health/defense, and they were both removed. so I’m assuming that the available modifiers change after a set amount of time.

I have finished all of Psyker penances in the time its taken me to get half way done... There HAS to be a quicker way.

Do people generally not like playing with ogryns on havoc? I’m curious because i am declined quite often when trying to join missions, I am clearance level 39 and I was sometimes being declined when trying to join havoc 20-30 missions.

I already make sure not to request while there is already an ogryn in the team.

Force of Will and Concussive can help also the keystone Forceful - Will of the Lex. Other than those getting kills with melee gives some toughness Shield Plates can also help but isnt as crazy as other options
