few days ago, it felt like i cant wake up still knowing that I am in a dream. Like i am lying on my bed then someone knocks at the door in the dream only and the surrounding was as same as my house but when I get up and head to the way and like just half way i again found myself on bed it was felt like dream in a dream and i tried it many times. I guess it happened 6 times at a same damn moment. it was horrible when i wake up coz I was unable to differentiate the reality with dreams.

This is a good idea.

I used to watch YouTube a lot when I was younger and even became a YouTuber/creator for about 3 years before it was mainstream but now I only have a select few I’m consuming like James and a few meditation teachers, philosophical discussions and health peeps, that’s it. Then I I use news feed eradicator to stop any videos being shown to me. I don’t use any other social media other than discord. I feel like every sm has gone down hill in the last 5 years or so. But there are small sections of internet you should exist in like these type of discord servers where you will meet great people and grow as an individual but the wider culture sphere of things is a massive vice for your attention, awareness and character. I think what James says the ones that will probably win this decade and beyond is the ones who know how to use technology for their own gain rather than being used by the technology.
