If you want to report any problems to the peep team, don't dm them. You can use this feature to contact the mods and admins. Make sure to read #welcome-verification FIRST if you don't have access yet to the server. Opening a ticket puts you in direct contact with the peeps, so use it wisely. Here's a quick guide on how to open a ticket:

1️⃣ Type the following command in this #open-a-ticket : /tickets open You will see following suggestion pop up: click it and type 'help' as subject
It should look like this before you can press enter:
2️⃣ A new chat will be opened under #ticket-updates , here you can talk directly with mods and admins. Mods and admins try their best to answer you as quickly as possible, please don't tag them and wait patiently.
Only YOU and the mods can see this chat, therefore anything that is discussed will be completely private. Ask a mod if you want other users who are involved to join the private chat. If the chat is opened, please be patient and don’t open a new ticket. Unless the chat is closed the mods are still working on it. After the chat is closed (this could be with our without discussion depending on how complicated the problem is) you can see the conclusion in #ticket-updates .
Keep in mind:
When reporting, please provide us with proof (screenshots), so we can take action accordingly.
Wrong usage of the tickets or opening multiple tickets for one problem will get you a warning.

Attention: not responding to mods after opening a ticket will result in a warning. We all take out of our time to help you guys solving your issues, so giving us an answer (especially when we ask you more details about your issue) is the least you can do.
