Welcome to the jvscholz study server!

This server is a safe space for people who want to study and reach their goals. You can make friends in the general chat, make forest rooms, study together and much more. Please read the rules and how to get access to the server below.

Rules
**1. **English only chat everywhere but #non-english-chat

2. No advertising (Streaming another study stream in a voice channel is considered advertising and may only be done with prior approval). This also includes free giveaways since there is no way we can verify if it's a scam or not.

**3. **No spamming

4. No distracting others in the study rooms who want to study e.g. playing gifs, disturbing people in non-silent study rooms, etc.

5. For the help with homework chats: Asking people to do exams/tests/projects/... for you (with or without payment) is NOT allowed. This server is here to encourage you to study and work, not to let others do it for you.

6. No political/religious/controversial topics including false information about the covid-19 pandemic, vaccines and other topics. This server is a safe space for anyone no matter their age, sexual orientation, skin colour, culture, etc. This means racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. is NOT allowed under any circumstance. In any situation, its the peeps who decide whether or not this rule has been broken.

**7. **Be nice and respectful to others. No picking fights or swearing at people.

To make sure the server is enjoyable for everyone please follow the rules. We typically work with a warning system for rule-breakers (depending on the severity of the infringement). When 3 warnings/strikes are reached the user will be banned from the server. Take note that we are in contact with other study server mods and can restrict you from interacting with our server if there has been serious infractions in other study servers.
