General Compliance

Follow Discord's Terms of Service (TOS)
All members must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations will not be tolerated.
Use Common Sense
Think before you act or post. When in doubt, choose the safer option to ensure a positive and respectful environment.

English Only
Please keep all communication in English, except in ⁠#non-english-chat.
No Advertising or Self-Promotion
Self-promotion or any kind of advertising (e.g., YouTube channels, social media, services) is not allowed unless permitted by server staff.
We do not allow any kind of surveys in the server.
No Spamming
Spamming of messages, emojis, or any other disruptive content is prohibited.

Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Do not pick fights, insult others, or use abusive language.
Respect server admins and moderators —> they’re here to help, not to be mistreated.
No Political/Religious/Controversial Topics
Avoid discussing divisive topics, including but not limited to politics and religion.
This is a safe space for everyone, regardless of age, sexual orientation, race, or culture. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited—even as a "joke."
The moderation team reserves the right to interpret and enforce this rule.
Anything related to protests is not allowed.
Zero Tolerance for Bullying and Harassment
Any form of targeted bullying, harassment, or intimidation is grounds for immediate action, including warnings or bans.
Vent Channel Rules
Our new #vent channel is a space for sharing and support. Keep it positive and respectful. Avoid toxic, harmful, or judgmental language.

Respect Study Spaces
Avoid distracting others in study rooms (e.g., playing disruptive gifs, streaming video games, or distracting camera use).
Smoking/vaping on camera in study rooms is not allowed. Please turn off your camera if needed.
Homework Help Etiquette
Do not ask others to complete exams, tests, or projects for you, whether for payment or not. This server is here to support and encourage learning, not to bypass it.

Account Security, Impersonation and Privacy
Do not share your account details or attempt to impersonate other members, moderators, or admins.
Please be wary of phishing links (like free Steam gifts). Do not click links from people you don't trust, don't join servers of people you don't trust. For your safety, you can activate two-factor authentication. If you get hacked, we will have to ban you.
Protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Do not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) publicly on the server.
Appropriate Content
Keep all shared content appropriate for a study-focused server. Avoid posting NSFW or excessively graphic material, even in casual chats.

Emergency Contact and Tickets
Refrain from pinging <@&942391219206647828> or <@&942389070221414420> unless there’s an actual emergency.
Do not DM staff; use the ticket system for help. If you do not know how/when to open one, please read #how-to-open-a-ticket for guidance. We will address your issue as soon as possible.
Avoid opening unnecessary tickets.
Partnership requests are not accepted through mod tickets. Please do not use the ticket system for partnership inquiries or promotional messages.
