There is no point in asking the mods for help OUTSIDE of the ticket, just for you to want to close it. You can put in the ticket that you want it closed but it wont let you, that way when they DO get to your ticket, they can close it themself.

Ok so I dunno if it's a bug or a feature, but you can evolve female Kirlia into female Gallade. If it's a bug, please do not change it and have it be a feature. I am about to make a legion of tomboy Gallade.
(Note that I think it's stupid you can have a femboy Gardevoir in mainline Pokemon but not tomboy Gallade. Like just imagine for a second you're a female Ralts, and you so badly want to be a Gallade. So you train and evolve into a Kirlia and find a Dawn Stone. And then it just... Doesn't work because you're a girl.)

The issue has been confirmed that it is not something to fix online with the coding. Its an in person issue that Oli has to handle, which devs are unsure of when he will be able to do so, so they do not want to give anyone false hope by saying "it will be up later!" When that is unknown.

Yes, you guys are unable to use the bot in some servers, bots break, with or without funding from users. It happens and it takes time to fix these kinds of things depending on what people have to do outside of the bot

You do realize the staff team already has a lot of tickets to do right? It’s very difficult to constantly keep up with tickets within two servers, there are a lot of tickets that were made before that one. Being rude just gives staff less motivation to get things done people like you are part of the reason I retired, mods are doing their best to go through tickets but for things like the trades not working they’d have to wait for an admin or even a developer to get to it. There are very few admins and developers with very busy schedules yes I do think they should have more admins and devs but that’s a different conversation. Regardless, staff do care and they are doing what they can with the people they have. Constantly complaining (and spreading things that aren’t true) does nothing but create more anger and drama which does not in fact help members or staff.
I can assure you staff understand how frustrating it is waiting but they are doing what they can as quickly as possible !

Surely you know that hiring is a process to make sure we have the right people taking care of the community. As you can see there are trial moderators currently so they are in the process of figuring out new moderators. The reason it takes even longer is because of breaches of trust in the past (they made an announcement in #server-news at some point about it).
Also, my retirement WAS in fact partly because of people like yourself who refuse to communicate in a respectful manner and instead spread things like “they don’t care” “they never reply” etc. It’s exhausting having to deal with that every day especially when I was trying my best to get things done. The small team doesn’t help yeah but do you really think saying things as you were encourages people to join the staff team and encourages them to do more?
It’s not hard to be respectful even if you are understandably frustrated.
