The developers have made a message of what responsible modding looks like, and usually, that doesn't get people banned
it includes:

• not triggering anti cheat (outdated mods can also trigger anti cheat, they have a higher risk compared to updated mods)
• not getting reported
• sticking to privates/modded lobbies
