I don’t think it’s fixable. Critters are storage based, meaning they are on your headset instead of account. It’s like if you wipe a game clean. You can’t just magically get it all back

Your cosmetics are safe as they are stored on the our servers and not your Quest or PC.
A router restart may be required. check any settings for Firewalls or Parental Internet Controls.

On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.
