My son that uses a Quest3 to play Gorilla Tag got banned for 2 weeks for "cheating" as some have said he might be using some mod or something, but being on a Quest3 I dont think thats possible. He patiently waited the 2 weeks even though he knows he did nothing wrong, and while he is now able to enter the game and it says nothing about being banned anymore, he says the leaderboard remains empty and he is not able to join a game now that his ban should be lifted (as of 2hrs ago). Any help as to what we can do to get him back in and playing?

Hi lemming I know you probably won't see this but I'm fighting against leukaemia and I really want to say that gorilla tag has been the best game I ever played. Ever since my mum got me a meta quest 2 l've never stopped playing gorilla tag it's been there for my highs and lows and when I needed it the most. I just want to say thank you so much and good luck with your journey. The other day I came up with an idea for a cosmetic. A little replica of yourself on your shoulder doing what you do and it has the same colour and cosmetics as you and it does everything you do at the same time.
