They are being uncatchable for the reason of playing in lobbies with people who are not as good as them. FURTHERMORE, they could’ve unlocked competitive course easily due to the fact they were wall running.

On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:

META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.
