Spam reporting will only count as 1 report, only the firsto ne goes through. Cheating isnt limited to only modding, though. If you're try harding so bad that everyone is reporting you, thats called being "uncatchable" and the ban is fair.

The point of a game is for everyone to have fun. When you run it for so long that nobody wants to play and would rather report you, you start to ruin the lobby. People will report you for that. One lobby of reports wont ban you, seems like youve been doing this for awhile
