A feature that useful shouldn't be restricted by a purchase, in fact it'd help bring in MORE money by being free simply because it allows people to make content for the game easier, allowing the game to be advertised for free, better.

It's a bit weird to have an entire group about gtag content when all those people have to resort to 3rd party software to record the way they want.
