basically the cheats cost the company money by ban evading (because of extra man hours that were having to be put in adding stuff to fight/defeat them constantly)so a charge was brought in to deter people from being banned and just creating a new free account

my oculus quest account is the same account as my pc account but it still charges me, so I believe all players who own gorilla tag on quest should also own the game on pcvr if it is the same account, otherwise we would have to pay for the game twice
