It is hard to do all files, all I can reccomend is the google drive but you have to make sure ur headset stays on and that it is charged because it can take a couple of hours, although there may be a way using a link cable and getting all of the files that way

On PCVR
Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:
STEAM: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gorilla Tag
META RIFT: C:\Program Files\Oculus

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.
If you can access ingame computer make sure the Troops tab is set to Default

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.
