yes he bans them either through playfab personally and theres a code in his project for banning also which means anyone that report it triggers a code after a time period depending in the amount of reports against the person, for example if lemming reports someone there is a chance they get instantly banned or he would need to go on playfab, search there user get there playfab id and ban them or just ban them through the code in the game.
