953 is good option for migration, there are very rare or no tile hits, so you can gather peacefully. If your guild have around 10bil might then you can try and become overlord as well, not many strong guilds and players there

I think you should change your discord name dude
Just buy shields with gems or guild coins or use the shelter and do rallies for 8 hours and set an alarm clock for 7 hours 50 minutes and 11 hours 50 minutes so you can restart your shelter and DN
That way you will be safe for a long time and even if you get attacked only your wall will be damaged
Make sure to use your RSS so if you get attacked you won't lose too much
And if you are a part of a guild then send your soldiers to someone with a long shield but make sure to let that person know so when they change shields they can tell you
