And every single time I've seen someone report this, it's been user confusion. Train up an even number of troops so that your barracks troop count ends in 000 while your infirms are empty. Then rally a darknest, heal, and check your barracks. And take screenshots before and after if you want us to believe you. Because the devs won't take you seriously if you can't prove it's an actual bug.

The "free mall chest" is redeemable once per day, with the reset time at the same time the darknests reset (the global "new day"). However the daily quest to redeem the free mall chest resets at everyone's personal "new day" time. They should use the same reset time.

If I try to click on a watchtower report at the exact moment that the report vanishes, the game freezes for 10 or 15 seconds. Ah that reminds me. A week or 2 ago I tried to speed up a garrison I was sending to someone's castle, and it said "error, speed up troops from the troop menu instead." So the speed up button that it shows on the world map didn't work. Made me miss my chance to defend them. I was able to speed up troops going anywhere else perfectly fine, just not to garrisons.

Blue. While I hear what your saying, this happened about 3 days ago. We had burned thay castle 4 other times with ease. 0 problems with the wall.
This specific instance was after we had burned it once (instantly collapsing the wall) but he sheltered, so we sent repeated attacks, and one rally. 3 times in a row 0 damage could be dealt while the wall was healing and at 1HP. So we rallied the fourth time and again, even with 200k siege, 0 damage to the wall. It just stayed at 1 HP. It doesn’t happen often, but I’ve played for about 90 days and I’ve seen it happen 3 diff times

Similar has happened to me, I believe its a long standing bug that IGG refuses to admit too. A couple of years ago, I hit a wall that had about 23k left with a mostly T4 attack of 200k troops (gold heroes, decent battle gear, etc.). I failed 3 times to do any wall damage whatsoever, yet the same troops were able to drop a much stronger wall on another castle minutes earlier! I reported this situation to Customer Services. Their response was the game was working correctly and I should use better troops or do more research! It strongly suggested a lack of any deep game understanding by Customer Services unless following a scripted IGG mantra. I suspect the cause is a code issue that IGG does not have the desire to resolve.

Check when you use the auto select troops button. You might not have enough capacity to empty the tile even with a full army. You can increase this with gathering gear, research, talents, and by adding Heroes to the gathering party (just don't send your leader!)

A few good tips on gathering: Train a sh@! Load of T1 Calvary. They move the fastest. Make sure to put gems in your gather gear that help with speed. Make sure your talents and your gear are set for gathering before you march and do not change them till your marches are complete. Keep up with training in areas that help with gathering. BUT THE BIGGEST THING IS T1 CALVARY TRAIN MILLIONS OF THEM

I was not bothered by the name but by how the arrow goes under the monster. Its just something that doesn't feel right. But after experimenting with it a bit I discovered it goes under all other monsters too and not only. It is overlaid by the banner of an occupied tile too. It might not be bug but I think it'd be better if the arrow that's supposed to bring your attention somewhere is on top of other things like a monster.

I had this same issue. My account was linked to apple ID and another one to facebook. Ever since the update, logging out takes me to a new account which is very troublesome where I have to skip the tutorial and click out of everything before I can switch again. Its troublesome but I was lucky they were both linked, but I guess if they’re unlinked not sure what to do.
Also, sometimes after my screen loads on map view, when I click on something thats not a resource tile, like a monster, a resource tile gather box comes up instead of the monster hunt box. Clicking out and switching reloads it correctly.

I think I noticed after the darknest 6 update that the darknests we could do in our guild for bash were lower levels... maybe has to do with that..?
My solo event is locked as well.

Nope but I did find a write up on it and it's a new update as we've never seen this before and my guild sat pretty dead for a year and was still able to run level 5 n then 6s when they came out for GB! I've sorted it now but they could have done better to explain n such! =))
