I'm in my 3rd H2H of this season and 1 player has over 2,000 points. That is a mathematical impossibility! Either you have bugs in the system, clear cheaters, or y'all changed the game on a whim again. This needs to STOP!

The one on the 2nd bend of 4.1 Observatory Way causes a race loss most of the time if you hit it and it’s right in the natural racing line. Others have highlighted the one on BOMW. It’s more important to fix current content than deliver new content.

If you take a slightly different line a little farther from the wall in 4.1 or if you drive with the front of the car head on to the bridge in 5.5 instead of drifting/sliding on to it, the blips do not occur.

When cars are drifting in this game, the front wheels are pointed into the different direction! Cars don’t drift like that! Just because players paid for the wheels colour - it doesn’t mean that the wheels should be pointed to the different direction in drifting, just so players can better see what they paid for!

Ok, yes, I do know about the X-Raid and X-Class (Custom) fodder/sellable change for the T&L release, but as far as I know, Ian hasn't changed that state for any other cars. Annoyingly, that data isn't something we can tweak on the fly. It needs to be submitted with a new update, so it's not going to be live until the T&L update now, sorry!. It's something we definitely want to change in the future, but it's quite a big job at this stage to change that data to be dynamically updated, rather than baked into the client app.

On both the silver and gold autobiography booster crates the Range Rover drop rates for augs is actually lower than all the others, surely that’s not intentional is it?

Please compare odds with the Porsche booster crates as I’m sure they mostly dropped Porsche Augs.

I opened about 20 silver and gold crates and got ONE Range Rover augment. Looking at your probabilities, it should be about 18 % for the first augment and 5.4 % for the second to be an RR augment. Could this be a bug? I opened the majority of crates right after they became available, before they disappeared for a short time.

Can you look into Aug booster crates for range rover I've opened about 30 and only got 1 b Aug for range rover and lots of others not range rover very disappointing to have a specific booster crate for a certain model of car and not get anything especially since it is a new model of car and don't have any at all

@raven spindle I don’t think it’s a bug as such. The problem is that the drop rates for RR augs are lower than other manufacturers (for S and A augments) and the same for B. So, despite this being RR week, you are not very likely to get RR augs. Really makes no sense. When Porsche was in focus we got a good many Porsche augs as it should be. Now, I got more Porsche augments (which I don’t need) from these crates than RR. 🤷‍♂️

I think you the one who don't understand jackman..he put it in sarcastic way..that means, the froze thing is a usual thing to happened in the game...if froze happened, nothing you can do and just accept the ticket loss, fuel loss and in your case the free pass loss too..what i can suggest is you clear your phone cache..make sure to do it at least once per day..it help me a lot until this moment...good luck...

@coarse bronze players have been reporting that your resource drop rate is broken, some resources drop more than others. I’ve seen that complaint from almost everyone here over the months. Hutch has always denied it. When Slow and Steady did a poll the Piston part was universally short for players.

I now have mathematical proof of this error in your programming. With n=108 and 15 possible s5 parts, there should be about 7.2 instances of each s5 part. I received 11 brake pads, and 10 hose end, but only one single Piston. With every player here saying they don’t get Pistons to drop, and literally the only part that showed up only once being Piston in my trial, there is no question your random generator is flawed.

Hutch never denied it lol, they said "it is working as intended". That means the program /algo is made like that only. Since the beginning I have raised this issue numerous times. One more thing, you will receive only one resource repeatedly out of 2 in a segment. Now in a season you require upgrading of 5-6 cars, which is impossible to upgrade with current drop rate.

If that’s the case it would constitute fraud. It is illegal to post percentages then write the program to enact different percentages. If @coarse bronze could look into this and let us know that would be great. I would like to assume it is simply a bug in the algorithm, and not something they are doing intentionally. But the fact remains that the game is not following the advertised drop rate for resources.

Clarification received in last(August) AMA. SO, IMO rate mentioned is incorrect. Isn't it very simple to observe that you never get equal no of resources for any of the segment. One more thing which is very clear that you will get more resource you already have more. Check the pic below for stage 3

It is everyone's problem, no uniformity in dropping. Most of us are playing easy money tier S and imbalance in dropping can be easily observed.

Silver boost crates for 50 silver keys. 140 total s5 received, exactly 1 and only 1 Piston received. While alone that is statistically extremely unlikely, combined with every player saying they don’t get s5 Pistons from the game much, that makes it very likely there is a bug in your algorithm. IanK said the event would end 15:30 but it still ended 15:00 and server crashed, so clearly it was a display error or something similar and in system end time was always 15:00 BST.

They said multiple times they made resource runs better. However every time someone enters one they says it’s not worth it. I’d recommend not doing any resources runs until we get actual confirmation that they have been measurably improved, otherwise it’s just a waste of gold.

But I agree, if you get nothing from a resource rung, then something is wrong. Even if you are maxed in the resource you should get a pop up saying you got cash instead.

The mathematical chance of the one single s5 resource of the 18 only coming up once out of 140 chances being the same part that players here say they never get in the game is astronomical. A new bug has been spotted and experienced:

Click on main leaderboard screen to choose opponents and it gets stuck ; the legendary circle ⭕️ appears , after sometimes the error message as usual and then boom 💥 forfeit 👌👌-50 points ✅

I have forfeited 5 times this weekend. More than ever before. 1 forfeit is minus 50 points. Inclusive the poor rewards...if this is the way to go in the future, well...no fun.

No reason to get upset with the forfeits. Hutch is never going to fix it, and it has happened to me many times, sometimes at very critical moments as a competition comes to closing time. You just have to imagine that your car had a mechanical failure that disqualified you from the race. It goes with racing. Hutch could care less about addressing this as it has been brought up repeatedly for the last two years, so deal with it or delete the game.

As you know the golds is the essential source to upgrade the car and enter ladder and events with more rewards. If you don't increase the gold reward you could reduce the price of the entries and the price of the ressouces . We can't enter an event of 500 gold's and get the half if we are in top 3. Entering event is the lonely way to get more gold'. Gold is gold and even the daily reward for those who play more than one year is ridiculous . Please could you try to listen to us . Tier D races still do not drop any parts? So how are new players supposed to upgrade their cars now? Gold is not easy to get at the beginning. Thats a big paywall as soon as you start playing.

Another bug that has been going on for over a year. Hutch does not care. I learned a long time ago to always run an Easy Money before doing a ladder race as there is a 10 - 20% chance that you lose a ticket due to the application failing.

I noticed its 361pp AI to beat at race 17 which is a lot harder considering the head start & almost straight track. 5.2 valley crossing. I am struggling with 369pp which was not the case when i done ☑️ it with less pp first time few months ago.
Appreciate if you can have someone look into this and maybe tune the difficulty level bit down.

From my personal experience, I've seen the exact same thing happen with a dozen different mobile games. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Same thing with ads crashing the app. It's not specific to any app or developer.

Over the past few days, there is an excessive match against exact same player in all H2H events. Even when bracket is full you can be matched against an exact same person on 30+ point races about 7 times out of 10!

If u are matched agaist the same opponent over and over its because the all-knowing algo is unsatisfied with the performance of that racer and has determined that racer is weak must be punished... smite them in honor of the algo!

There's hardly any ladders or h2hs that are worth entering anymore. It's all based on Hutch's economics of cash grabbing. Very little in the game these days is geared towards satisfying the customer. The changes in past few weeks has been astonishing. If this carries over into T&L it'll be the death of the game. You got to wonder what they are thinking. 🤔

@raven spindle are the times for events this week correct? They look like a bug. Multiple events have no end time at all, others have the final registration at the same time as the end of the event which doesn’t make sense.

Also the start time have been made 4 hours later and end times 1 hour later than they have always been. I think if you ask players they would like these times fixed in the US server to what we have always had for the entire time of this game. Eastern time: 10am start, 11pm end, with a registration that ends closer to the start time than the end time.

I got a nasty looking error when you complete rung 16 of T&L ladder, but it is saying you need to upgrade to progress. Rung 17 needs pp399 which means fusion. The message is clear when you try the rung again.

If anyone installs the new update when the focus on the garage floor is on a car that is fusing, the game will be stuck. You can play or do anything. You have to trick the game into letting you buy a car then access your garage to move the fusing car.

@raven spindle I dont know where to start, the spanish version/translation of the challenges is all wrong, very wrong.

Nearly all of them have an error, verbs are not properly conjugated, it says "proyect" as a verb which I dont know what it means, also "derive" (is that drift or draft?). It says "career" as the verb race, etc etc etc
