Hutch says the change to cash D cars not needing resources is intended. Therefore using the Silvia is cheaper to fuse cars with cash car fusion than anything else. Use my spreadsheet above to save time, since there are less cars and clicking. To save cash you have to buy and cash upgrade a very, very large number of Silvia’s. It’s a lot of clicking involved.

They are worth 66 fodder each, costs about $130k cash total. You can also put on extra augs you don’t need on the D Mustang or Silvia, but be careful not destroy augs you need. Turns out to be 10 to 20% cheaper depending on the situation, so it’s cheaper but not by a huge amount, and takes a lot more time to buy and upgrade lots of D cars.

Using cash cars to do fusion…
We can now use D tier cash cars for fodder. The table below is the cheapest way to fuse a car, but it involves a lot of clicking. As you can see from the table there are only three fodder values used for the Nissan Silvia, 50, 54, and 58.

I’d suggest players with plenty of cash make a habit of buying and upgrading 5 to 10 Silvia each day until they have a nice collection of them ready, take them to fodder value 50. That’s two upgrades into the last level of upgrades. Then you can upgrade them to 54 or 58 if needed. That way you are not faced with buying and upgrading 40 or 70 Silvia at once. After doing some minor research, a lot of people find the last tier-d boss mission quite hard. I have seen videos of them racing against the boss, and it appears they like to take wider or tighter turns. Here's my advice and how I got past him: I followed the arrows on the surface to the best of my ability, ignoring the position of the boss. I then glided past him after using nitro about 3 seconds before the end, simple when you get the hang of it. Also works on other tiers a lot. Those arrows are there to guide you for a reason, guys.

Just a little tip on how to take the lead in the Daily Track & Laps Test Drive. It's a different one each day, the race with the silver car is easy enough to win as it has a higher PP rating, but they are in my opinion impossible with the gold car and blue Porsche unless you play dirty. Here's a short video on how to take the lead in the Gold Car. Just remember to keep looking behind you while you are leading the race so you can block off the other cars (as they are way faster than the car you are given).

1. Buy the tier D Nissan, it’s better than the Ford. Read all the posts in FAQ and Tips and Tricks here. Feel free to ask questions.
2. Race as much as possible all day everyday, you need resources and cash, using a lot of fuel is how you get them.
3. If you want to spend real money on the game, buy the Pro Pass, most other purchases in the game are not a good deal.
4. Do not spend any of your gold coins or gold keys yet, save them all for later in the game.
5. You want to save up many hundreds of gold keys to guarantee getting a good car from a car specific crate, don’t waste gold keys until you have enough to guarantee getting the car.
6. Do as many Pass tasks as possible everyday to get to level 50 each season, the free Pass gives decent rewards, but don’t ever spend gold to refresh weekly tasks, just skip any you can’t do.
7. There is no reason to buy any car in the game for quite some time, you will get a free car from beating each boss until the S tier. You want to reach S tier as fast as possible, it gives way more cash for each race.
8. Do not upgrade the free cars you get any more than necessary to beat the next boss, none of the free cars are great. Don’t worry about finishing ladders until later in the game.
9. Join the free Daily D head to head everyday it’s available. H2h are important in the game, you need to learn a strategy that works for you to do well.
10. You can join a club at level 8, if you are just casual player then join any random club. If you know you are a serious daily player post in Looking For a Club.
11. Unless you plan on spending real money buying gold coins, it’s best to save all you can. Don’t buy extra h2h tickets, don’t buy rematches, and don’t buy resources.
12. Fusing cars is important but ask questions in General before doing so, most cars are not worth fusing. There is a chart above that shows how to do cash car fusion.

13. Resource events are not good at all, the resource keys you get are not worth the gold you have to pay. Most all milestones and ladders that give gold keys are a good deal though, but make sure to check the game calendar to see if fusing is necessary to complete the ladder.
14. Do not enter head to head events that cost gold but do not give gold keys for 20th place and higher. Gold coins should be used to get gold keys.
15. It looks strange but you can win or lose a race when the game shows a difference of 0.000 seconds. There is another decimal place calculated that’s not shown.

This event is not recommended as the prizes are very poor and do not match other events. It’s especially poor given the car is an in app purchase and this ladder has no fusion credits so for newer players you wont be able to fuse it. It’s also the slowest off road car!
IMHO It should really be a free event to encourage players to pay for the car.

** VPN**
Firstly, Hutch does not support VPN use in any way, so use entirely at your own risk.

The first time you create a rebel racing account, I.e. the very first time you install the game, your account will be locked to one of the 3 regions: EU, USA or Asia
If you use a vpn hosted in another region then that will allow you to enter races on another server, however there are a number of issues with this
You will be constrained by the event you enters start and end time. Once the event finishes in the other regions it will either show errors or your points won’t go up. You will not get the prizes until after the event has finished in your region though.
It is very slow to choose the next opponent
Sometimes you will only get bots or players from your main account region as options to race
You won’t take points from players in other regions and they won’t take points from you (it will show as bots in the race history)
6 hour events start and stop the same time in all regions so are probably the only races worth trying.

IMHO it’s not worth the effort due to the limitations listed above and definitely not worth trying with ladders

known issues and bugs

1. Milestone marathons. These events show and hide randomly. Hutch know about this and will never fix this so there is no point reporting. The event will always reappear again.

2. Black screen on rematch. Sometimes if you pay gold or watch an add for a rematch you end up with a black screen. This almost always happens when rematching in the middle of a race. Wait till the end before rematching. Hutch know about this and will never fix it.

3. Sometimes the advert for new ticket timer does not work correctly, it will show that you are able to watch an advert for an extra ticket in a h2h but the hour has not really passed. This is a display bug and the adcert will be available after an hour. Hutch know about this and will never fix it.

4. Sandy U Turn doesn’t end the race if you clip the wall by the 180 U turn. Hutch know about this and will never fix it.

You can save time by driving very close into the inside of the turn
it can be risky sometimes but very useful against fast drivers

There are 3 different types of turns where the actions to save time are different
1. "Curved" turns
Those turns are what you see on every race track
The best way to drive through these is by staying on the outside until you get close to the turn. You then drive into the inside of the turn (without touching it) and then hold the drift (or grip) until the front of the car is facing the straight in front of you. Let the car leave the turn by "sliding" to the outside of the turn while facing forward the straight.

2. Direct turns
As the name says, these turns switch directions directly and most of them have no brake points (some do for example in Italy because else you end up driving into something).
The best way to take these are by just driving in a straight line as close as possible to the inside of the turn.
The track 2.3 has one direct turn at the start and two curved turns after where you can try it out.

3. U-Turns
Tracks like 1.5 have an U-turn, and depending on how you take it can make you save or lose a lot of time. The best way to take these is by staying outside as far as possible, then drift to the inside of the turn. The quicker the car points to the correct direction, the faster you can accelerate. Taking the turn near the inside will slide the car away from the inside of the turn and creates a bigger distance which you have to travel to exit the turn, while entering it from the outside will in almost every case make you exit the turn as you enter it.

The best way to use nitro is always on the exit of a turn to the longest straight of the track.

Tracks like 1.1 don‘t have a brake point so it‘s the best to use it directly when it is available to get to top speed as fast as possible.

If there are no long straights where you can effectively use nitro, then it‘s the best to use it at the exit of the turn to the straight with the finish line.

How to get gold easily

1. Watching 5 ads to get a free cash box is a good way to start off as they have a high chance of dropping 5 gold (There are also keys)
2. Collecting daily rewards are also good. Sometimes at the end they even give you 50 gold!
3. Opening Crates. Keys is used to open them, and u can earn them by participating in h2hs and event ladders. Gold Crates almost give u gold every time while Sliver and Bronze Crates gives u gold seldomly

Try and get an overall good car for every Tier. If that is done, save up keys as much as possible. This will give you an advantage in future events (at most when you aren‘t able to buy the needed car with real money, some cars from the series like offroad or Mini Madness might have at least one car available in crates).

Where to spend ur gold on

1. Buying Cars. This is not recommended most of the time as they mostly aren't stand outs in their classes, but could also be obtained in crates ( off road only ). Definitely collectors option I will say.
2. Joining event ladders. Those are the best way to spend in my opinion as they mostly gives you fusion credits, which is VERY VERY important IF u are regualrly joining h2hs as they improves ur car, which helps u to get better rewards for h2hs. Besides, keys, resources and augments inside those ladders are also beneficial.
3. Joning h2h. This is recommended ONLY if u have a car thats at full stars and at least have all S5 applied (doesn't apply to weekyl h2h tho). It is quite a good investment as finsihing Top 9 will give u a decent amount of cash, but also 90% of the gold entry fee and keys that is almost enough for a crate. However, without a good car, u will probably get sacked and fell to the bottom of ur bracket as h2h not only heavily relys on skills, but the performance of ur car also really matters. So, I recommend u think twice before joining them.

Tips for newcomers asking how to unlock off road and mini for free:- DO NOT buy gold crates and silver crates unless you need a particular car urgently for some events etc. Wait for special offers such as Off road crates (90 gold keys for a guaranteed off road car) and Mini crates (100 silver keys for a higher chance to get JCW). Earning keys is a bit of a grind so save them for these offers as they last for a limited time only, and you wouldn't want to miss them due to lack of keys.

If you want a car for offroad, you should try and save up 90 gold keys. When the offroad crates appear, buy the crate with the Ford F-150. It has a 100% chance that the car you get is an offroader.

If you want to do good in h2h without spending gold make sure to watch ads for tickets as much as possible. You can do that every 60 minutes.
The difference that makes is huge. Literally thousands of extra points if the event runs for days.
I wouldn't be surprised some new players don't know they can do it. Since you need to have 0 tickets and press race which doesn't really come intuitively :thinking:

~Do not get confused with PP ; they are not real and does not represent true performance of any car.

~Before you wish to upgrade any vehicle check in with others (seniors) to make sure you do not waste your resources .

~Do not forget to lock your best / important cars in your garage (to avoid using them accidentally for fusion)

~Not all vehicles are worth and need upgrading.

How to get and use S6 wisely
Ways of getting

1. Buy in resources shop
   Buy all three of them when they appears (105000 cash in total), and make sure u bought as much as u can as they are very rare.
2. Get from Event Ladder
   Basically for most ladders u get at least one of them. Sounds not bad huh?
3. Get from h2h
   This requires a sheer amount of luck, as they drop rates are quite low for them tbh.
   Now on how to use them wisely!
   Only use them on the Tier's best car. As they are very rare, applying them will not also give u a boost, but can also used to avoid ur points being sacked in h2h. Applying on the best not only give u high ranks on gold entry h2hs, but also a great car to get high ranks in weekly h2hs where u can use every car in that tier. To this logic, u should be able to win more sliver and bronze keys (also trophies) then usual when u applied ur S6 to the best car. N O I C E!
   P.S. Remember not to sell and to lock those maxed cars, or else "U know the rules, and so do I"......

Tbh there is no hard and fast rule; or a list . it does filter down to your skills / how well you can handle the particular car.

Tier D : Camaro seems to be a good choice along with Nissan or BRZ
Tier C : Ford 1964, or RS , Mustang ( One of this will go the job as there are more open tier C and ford related events) Mitsubishi is good choice too [But if you have custom WRX go for it]
Tier B: 2017 merc / M2 BMW and 2006 ford GT that will cover most of your events
Tier A: 2015 Mclaren is the best for open tier A h2h and then GTR and Ruf
Tier S: P1 and if you do not have it then Chiron

Thing is you have to learn the pattern of event and what cars are most frequently used and then filter down the selection accordingly.

Like I said before updating any car ; just ask for advise: and mention what others car choices you got alongside so it makes easier for anyone to guide you in right direction.

It's always worth to save up as much bronze keys as possible. Opening a bronze crate everytime you have enough to get one makes the rewards look boring and a waste in your eyes. And the gold which you got in there with luck might be gone in a few days. Saving the bronze keys up until you actually need them makes you safe for future events since most of them always have an entry fee.

And also you'll never know if Hutch will ever make a special time-limited crate which need bronze keys.

Don't enter Resource runs unless u need them. For such a high price they usually only give a few S4 and S5, and only have 0-2 S6 Resoruces. Definitely not worth the price considering how u can them quickly in Event Ladders and Easy Money races. Overall I discourage u from joining it.

Don't waste gold on customizations. They are simply cosmetic and doesn' affect the car at all. More importantly is that u can't see them in races most of the time. So cash options will be much better if u really want to change the colours

That's not the case. It's a random roll, but if you have resources that are maxed out already, then there's always a chance the drop will be an item you have.

Yes, I guess that tip is only for players who are maxed out or very close to being maxed out. For them it's not worth entering ladder run with '?' sign compared to the entry gold fee. They wouldn't get that much value out of it and will stay in a net loss.

If you want to take part in an event series (like Mini Madness) then always save up as much gold and keys as possible before the start and make sure you have everything you need to get the starter car as early as possible. The first time of a ladder and the first two times of a Head-To-Head event always have no entry fee. This gives you the advantage to get all the (new) cars from an event series without having to pay for the entry fee.

If you still have much gold and keys over there are two options:

1. save them up for future events and series
2. use the gold for reruns (which have an entry fee) and/or the keys for a car from the series available from crates which you don't own yet

Tip for h2h: If you have lower pp and do all your races straightway, all your points will be taken by the people with better pp on their first 10 races because your lap time will be on their radar.

How to report a bug in #🪲│bug-reporting from Hutch point of view: first go into your Discord settings and enable DM's. Wait a couple of minutes after enabling them if they have been disabled, because Discord seems to have a delay on this.
Then in the #🪲│bug-reporting channel type !bugbot on its own in a message. Our Bot will then DM you a series of Questions about your PLayer ID, your Device and you will type up a detailed report of the issue you experienced. (times, frequency of issue, event info are all useful here so worth checking your info before you start. writing as the bot it is on a timer)

It depends on several factors, what trophy group you are in, which h2h is it, etc. There is no great answer, h2h are fundamentally broken. It’s not a contest of speed, it’s an annoying exercise in game playing and gold spending. Each group is limited to 100, waiting until the end makes you miss half a day of racing, and once in awhile puts you in a small group.

As @main axle said, it depends. Joining late can be a double-edged sword, you may be lucky and end up in a small group; but also you can end in a large group, and you lost an entire day of racing (a difference you wont be able to compensate unless you buy tickets).

If you came here right after completing the tutorial, here's a very good tipp to get a big head start. It will cost you all the gold you own but it's worth after one month of playing:
-Upgrade your starter car to at least 200 PP
-Only drive races in the daily test drive and Rookie Ladder (Lvl 1-10)
-If you know you're losing, restart quickly before reaching the finish line to prevent getting XP (that's important because if you reach Lvl 11, the Rookie Ladder (Lvl 1-10) event won't appear anymore, you'll only be able to continue playing in the ladder you already joined)
-Save up everything you get
-Watch ads for extra rewards
Your gold account will be bankrupt and you're doing nothing else in the game that playing that ladder for one month but you have lots of cash, keys, generic Tier C augments, which can become useful if you want to take part in events at a low level.

It is actually impossible to softlock yourself at the start of the game. If you don‘t have anything to get resources, you have two free options. If you get stuck in a forced loop in the game because you left your garage floor focus on a fusing car, then click the top right gold bar with your cash and gold. From that screen click the Cars button at the bottom. Then buy a cash car you would use for cash fusion. Then from the crate opening screen you can click the Garage button. From there you can move the fusing car off your garage floor. That will get you out of the forced game loop.

This chart shows the least expensive way to fuse with cash cars. It looks complicated, but once you get used to it, it's easy to use. The available cash cars are listed at the bottom, use the least expensive ones in a tier unless you want add augs to a certain manufacturer. An example: you need 1250 fodder to do the 2nd fuse of an A tier car. The chart below says use 1 A car (ZL1) at 93 with all 6 cash upgrades, 1 B car (M2 comp) and use cash to raise it to 47 fodder, which is all 6 available cash upgrades. Do NOT do any upgrades that require resources unless you really want to take the car up to put augs on it to increase fodder. In addition to the 1 A and 1 B car you need 37 C cars (Impreza) raised to 30 fodder which is all six cash upgrades. A different example: 2nd fuse of a D tier car needs 150 fodder, so use 6 Silvia with five cash upgrades to 17, and 3 Silvia raised to 16 fodder. The Silvia starts at 12, then you do 4 cash upgrades to get it to 16. Ask questions in General not here, thanks.

Updated spreadsheet with GT tier T&L, please note 7.1 only appears in A and GT, while 7.2 only appears in A and GT. Tier GT in T&L is the only one that contains all 7 tracks. The upcoming events are a good reminder to keep one of every car. Even if the car stinks and you don’t like it (the GT1 hint hint), just make sure to Lock one of each car in your garage. Using your last one of a car for fodder is not worth missing out on an event. With cash fusion available it’s better just to use your gas everyday to fuse than lose a car to fodder you might need later.

If you don't lock your useful cars then they will appear while you are fusing a car and you might accidentally select it while fusing and lose it. That's why it is asked to lock your useful cars from the garage so you don't accidentally sell or use them in the fusion process.

Spare parts requirement. The chart doesn't give the total but just the requirement for every type of part. So for stage 4 and lower the given number needs to be multiplied by 2 (2 parts per category) and 6 since there are 6 categories (Intake, Tires, Exhaust, Nitrous, Gearbox and Engine). For stage 5, to be multiplied by 3 and 6. For stage 6 to be multiplied by 4 and 6.

How can I join a top 20 club

1. Save your gold keys. Most clubs will need you to get a season car as that gives the most points
2. You must be active and do at least 33 easy money a day (using season cars as they give the most club points)
3. Each club will have it's own minimums but you will likely need to be scoring several hundred thousand points, this is achievable with one season car fused once
4. Pick events wisely that you think you will be able to build your gold keys up
5. Check in #🎙│promote-a-club which teams are recruiting, message the owner with what you would do to help the club
6. Take a screen shot of your points at the end of the season to show a potential club how many you could score
