Unless it was for a resource that was returned as cash, yet it never showed anything after finishing race. Furthermore, if was a resource it should have more value than ticket number four but less than ticket seven this case.

I think sometimes when it’s just cash, it gives the cash without flashing it up on the screen as a reward. Perhaps the app is embarrassed to present $2,200 in such a grand way!

I believe rung 5 was just the 2200 cash which shows up when you finish the race. There is no pop up reward for that. While that’s completely unfair in an expensive ladder, that’s what Hutch assigned that rung.

I had the Nismo H2H but the same problem you described happened to me for a Tier S H2H a few weeks back - it just didn’t appear. The Hutch help person said they had a problem with rolling out to some users on that occasion.

In the past they were occasion when the event would not appear on the map but when you go on the event list you can enter it there.

It’s happened to me too. One thing I do before using a race ticket is that I check that the app can connect ok for a regular race. I click on Race and make sure it connects to bring the map up. Then don’t actually race, but click the back button and then go to the event race. This makes sure that the server is connecting. I find this reduces this problem.

Yes. Agree. Although it also happened to me in the recent Porsche Spyder H2H when I wanted to rematch after a crash, so it hung and I couldn’t, leading to a forfeit. Lost 50 points but at least my rubbish time wasn’t available to be whacked.

Should not occur though, you race a couple times in a row no issue, then go onto to next race and get a forfeit. Then on to race again no issues, does not explain the loss of tickets though.

The Subaru and Porsche h2h both give club points, they both end at the same time as the season ends. You don’t actually get the points unless you log in and go to the map. Sounds like a problem that actually can’t be fixed 🤷‍♂️. Just have to avoid it next time.

It’s a pretty serious issue to not count any club points in two h2h where many players are buying tickets. Nothing was told to players about their points not counting. I guess another option would be to end the season but wait until tomorrow to add up the points and award prizes then.

I honestly thinking ending h2h early out of the blue will cause huge problems. My PayPal receipts show Embarrassingly I’ve spent £200 this season.
The spyder 6* upgrade REDUCES ALL stats and makes it slower. I raised a ticket and was told to apply stage six upgrades to fix the bug!!
There are basic issues here with end of season timings and bugs with the cars that seem to me to be a terrible QA process. This is made far worse by the cost.
I love the game but the bugs and cost are destroying the game for me. I don’t mind spending money on a premium product but it seems this is more reliant robin than Porsche ?

I’ve raised a few tickets and got a poor response.

I entered a McLaren ladder last month with “Sheps 720” which as you know cannot be upgraded and no way could get past level 11 of 20. Was told “levels get harder”!

The Porsche smash thing on the first instance of this. I paid 5x99p and it just said error. It was only when I checked PayPal that I saw it had taken the money and given nothing in game. After talking to apple and then a ticket with hutch basically I had no refund and am out of pocket.

I raised another ticket where a tier A ladder awarded a tier D genetic augment which clearly was not appropriate

Was told by hutch prizes are random!

I sent details and screen shots to hutch support who basically dismissed everything

So from where I am sitting it seems hutch unfortunately do not deal with things if they go wrong 😦

I even suggested simple fixes to hutch support, eg just give me the fusion credit for the McLaren bug, give me the prizes I would have got from the tier A ladder / Porsche smash bug but just got nothing....

The spyder stage 6 issue has got a lot of people upset and several have asked for a response ... to get that car costs £100 for the gold keys plus most have spent much more on gold to get the upgrades done before the h2h races. The only response has been “it will be fixed on next update”

So my question is do you think this is good for a premium product?

If you want to do the new things that Hutch offers, better let someone else try it first to make sure you don’t get screwed.

We seem to have had a bug where when we moved the data from our test environment to the live environment, there was an error that has caused the difficulty estimate to be off.

We now know where this issue occurred so we’ll be looking into adding some checks to catch it.

The gaming industry is huge money and slot machines make up a large proportion of their income. I would venture to guess the system and data supporting it is much more crude, however, claiming that getting three of the same car in a row is not random is a flawed argument. What if you got three P1's in a row? Random or no? The car you received has the highest percentage in the crate at 20.8% The odds of you getting that car three times in a row is .208x.208x.208=.009 Just under 1 percent. so, it is obviously going to happen. It happened to you. Have you ever rolled a die three times and gotten the same number three times in a row? The probability of that happening is about half of your unlucky crate opening and that happens all the jtime.

@loud river your list of Pass tasks has two mini tracks that don’t exist in any tier easy money. Every mini easy money tier has 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 on a loop. Tracks 6.1 and 6.5 don’t exist anywhere in easy money mini map but you have them as tasks in the Pass.
Also, 5.1 Viewpoint Drive does not exist in any tier off road, but it is in the Pass tasks. The easiest way I think to fix off road and mini is to have all tracks in the loop. So every tier mini easy money should have five tracks 6.1 through 6.5, and every tier off road should have all seven tracks 5.1 through 5.7. If that’s not possible then please remove the missing tracks from the pass, thanks.

The road tracks are a bit of a mess, they could be cleaned up to make things better and more efficient for the pass.
Tier D has 6 tracks, 1.1 to 1.6. However tier D easy money repeats 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 unnecessarily, and it is completely missing 1.1 and 1.3.
Tier C has 5 tracks, 2.1 to 2.6 (there is no 2.4 for some reason). Tier C easy money repeats 2.6 three times unnecessarily, and it is completely missing 2.1.
Tier B has 6 tracks, 3.1 to 3.6. However tier B easy money repeats 3.3 once unnecessarily. It is not missing any tracks.
Tier A has 5 tracks 4.1 to 4.5. However tier A easy money repeats both 4.1 and 4.5 unnecessarily. It is not missing any tracks.
Tier S has 7 tracks from other tiers, it has no repeats. It contains the missing 1.1 and 1.3 from D easy money, and 2.1 from C easy money.

You need to check the size of the file. Sometimes if you crop it the size remains large. You usually have to use a program to reduce the format to a smaller size. I’ve uploaded a 15 or 20 second video but I have to reduce the quality a lot to reduce the file size.

Hi, just dropped here real quick to let you know that the 356 you guys just included in the game IS NOT A SPEEDSTER.

It’s not an “A” either.

The car on the game is an early 60’s 356 B Coupe. It’s not even a 55 (tail lights are wrong for a 55).

speedsters have a completely different windshield, and no roof (only detachable hardtops or fabric roofs, but NEVER a fixed roof).
Also no door windows.

How TF did you guys included an entirely new model on the game, yet managed to screw up it’s description? Smh…

I’m guessing these may have been coded incorrectly. It doesn’t make sense for a player to receive less Pass points for doing an obviously harder task. The 120k cash is worth more points than the 187k cash…

They coded the cash ones based on Tier, but it gave me tasks from different tiers which is where the mistake lies. A lower tier player gets easier tasks, but as an S tier player I should not have gotten these two, they are meant for different tiers.

The 120k is meant for players who have only reached tier B.

The higher ones are only given to people with a higher MinTier. The 120k cash one is giving more points because it’s a bigger deal for earlier game players. Appreciate it looks a bit weird

I believe that happens when your internet loses connection or their severs have a problem during a race. It’s no fun, you lose points and a ticket.

Yep, look in the #may-ama-2021 i asked ian to consider removing this penalty cuz it hurts players through no fault of their own but he says it's here to stay cuz i guess it keeps players from force closing the app after they lose a race to prevent from losing any points... very frustrating tho when it happens after u win a +30-something race... turns it into a -20 loss that's a 50+ point difference on a race that even if u lost it would only be -5

Hi Max, they need to open a ticket with Customer Support. They'll check that the correct crate was opened and how many. If 7 of the correct crates have been opened and the car not received, then they will add the car to the account.

Every easy money has the three choices, novice, pro, racer. You can choose any of the three from any easy money. Just exit after the race then go back to choose the next.

Seems complicated at first, but once you do it for several days it is actually pretty easy. Just takes a lot of gas sometimes depending on the task.

During fusing process you cannot join an event - it has always been like this. You will need to wait for fusion to complete.

Every time we get a new car you have to plan out your fusion to make sure you can do the events. It’s not easy with A and S tier since they take so long.
