So 1000 rolls gave Gold on:
Roll 1 - 0% (Always a Car)
Roll 2 - 0% (Never Gold)
Roll 3 - 28.9%
Roll 4 - 49.2%
Roll 5 - 49.1%

All within tolerable limits

I mean, it might just be simpler to say that people would rather have a guaranteed Gold roll given that the game has a <100% chance of giving it in 3 other separate rolls

Yeah earlier I thought that getting golds from Gold crate is guaranteed. But all of sudden from recent crate openings I did not get Golds from it. I contacted Katie, she told we have a 50% chance in Roll 4 and 5. But still earlier it never happened. @loud river

Hi, sorry for the delayed response on this. Looking at your race history for that event, I can see an entry where you set the time of 00:17:809 with a WIN and were awarded 32 points. The second to last column in the screenshot where I've written Ghost in red is what tells us if it was a time you set (false) or if it was another player racing your ghost (true).

I can then see that ghost was served to two other players, and your ghost lost (-31 points).

We don't prevent you from buying multiple copies of cash/gold cars, as you might be buying them to use as fusion fodder. There was a bug in the latest release that didn't show a confirmation popup if the car was shown as an offer to you on the main car hub screen. We've added an "Are you sure..." popup for the next release.

When i posted it intially i reported this as the same issue; I actually won that race and the 17:731 was my time; not the opppnent; But it recorded other way around. and if you look at the 2nd photo you will understand that the race showing is actually 3 hours ago; with same time in few minutes later and then a win vanish as well .

It can be confusing i understand this is why i am here to help Steve understand the issue as many times needed; even up for a voice chat if needed.

There's no record of you setting a time of 00:17:731 in your race history I'm afraid. There's only a record of RebelRacer446420 setting that time against your ghosts time which was 00:17:809.

The race history shows the most recent results, not all of the results, so yes, it's possible for entries to drop off the bottom of the list as newer results are registered.

Apologies for the delay, we're very close to submitting our next release for app store review, so I haven't been able to check discord.

I've had another look at your results for the event in the screenshots and I can't find a record of you recording a win with a time of 00:17.731. All I can find is a loss to RebelRacer446420 where they recorded a time of 00:17:731. Your time was recorded as 00:17:809. I know that doesn't tally with what you saw, but I can only go on the historical data we recorded.

The track order for the event was: 3.2 (Dam Lucky), 3.3 (Cut Corner), 3.4 (View Point), 3.5 (Don't Stop For Gas), 3.6 (Tunnel Turn). The race history won't necessarily match that order though. It depends on which track times you set and which of your ghosts are match-made to other players, and as I mentioned before, we only return a limited snapshot of the race history, not the whole thing (which could be hundreds of races long for an event).

The screenshot that I can't explain is your win on 3.4 View Point (+22) that disappeared from the history. I can't find a record of that win in the history for the event. I will ask Hutch_Yaro about it on Monday. I can see that ghost time being match made to other players but not the original time being set.

It is not possible for me to skip the cut corner track and jump to view point right after Dam lucky ; ( **This is why i asked you for the track order **)

Now what happened is the question ?:

I won Dam Lucky race and then
I raced cut corner ; won the race and instead of recording my time correctly your h2h system recorded it wrong and saved it as a GHOST instead of ACTIVE race and switched the winners.
Then i did my 3rd race on View point track - Won - ACTIVE.

View point and cut corners both show time slot : Just now which is another hint that I was active racing those tracks.

Now I now you cannot justify this as more likely you have nothing to do with this .

The point is your head to head is bugged and it needs fixing and this has been going on for long time so please take it serious and try to fix it.

This is only me going in depth imagine how many ppl who are not on here or even do not know this is happening to them in background or do not know how to report it.

This should be a wake up call for your team.

Driving bv during h2h race on view point track... i some how crashed through the barrier on the outside of that first lefthand corner then was able to keep going... was now racing on some track... tunnel turn i think... all by myself... went on for like 6 to 12 seconds! then my car just starts flipping thru the sky for about 8 seconds... ended up in the in the water somewhere... then boom it was over... my car pulls across finish line 10 seconds behind opponents time on original track we started! That was pretty neat... most fun i had losing a race! 🤯 lol

Ok, thanks, I'll add those details to the bug report I entered for Hutch_Bob to look at. His initial thoughts are it's either something to do with the braking zones on those corners, so the car maybe registering that it needs to brake for a very short time (could be as low as a single frame), or it could be related to the track geometry. The cars do tend to dip their noses as they speed up, so I'm wondering if the car collider is catching on the track geometry in some way. These are all guesses at this stage, until it can be investigated properly.

the issue that i noticed about the nabem camaro is that it fires at the sprint, then it can even keep the speed up, but it is impossible to reach it, it comes out a lot in front of me and I have tried several ways left but none of them got what the camaro got from can do it. be investigated at least, I'm not accusing, but I'm not weird, I'm going to try to post the subaru video here and please check it out too.

In your video you're not taking the fastest route. You go into deeper water and this slows your car down even more.

Surface types in the game impact your car's performance, which is why you should try different routes for the best time.
Water definitely slows your car down in the game, so your opponent went through the shallows and was out of the water sooner than you = faster time. (They also took a shorter route too, which also = a faster time)

How do Hutch changes the rules of a game, during an event, particularly the Ford GT 2016 H2H!?
In the 1st part of the race, I was in 12th or 13th place, I've stopped playing for 12h and my ghost Iost 30 points for each race during that period of time.
When I tried to recover, the ghosts of my opponents above me only lost between 10 and 15 points! How is it possible?
This is very unfair, beside the several bugs that I've seen lately in the game.
The event Ford GT 2016 H2H is still active and I need a urgent answer, please.

If I remember correctly it’s to take early players back to the hub screen to reinforce that that’s where you can upgrade your car and make races easier. We also show other things on that screen, like the daily rewards and level up, etc.

Please fill in as much info as you can in the !bugbot report. i.e. At what point does the freeze occur? e.g when you click the race button and the race is loading? Whilst driving? At the end of race after you cross the finish line? Does an error message display on screen (top left corner)? Are you using an iOS or Android device? Which OS version?

Whenever there is car Vs car head to head, the superior car seems to throttle when versing the inferior car all the time. Currently in the RUF Vs exige head to head my RUF continues to throttle on multiple tracks. I have tested the RUF on easy play and it does not throttle at all. It also happens during mini madnessnas well.

Did you uninstall the game? If you did, it will have erased the file that describes what customisations you have applied to your cars. Don't worry, you still own the customisations (they will say "Owned" on the customisation screen) but you will need to re-apply them (you won't be charged to do so).

I think that's undestandable to an extent, any system is going to have errors, and part of launching it out there is to test how it works. I'm fine with that. However, if that is generally the case, then why not put out a free competition/H2H/Ladder with very low prizes and test it that way? - And it is then most definitely a 'test run'. - What grates is that I paid out 800 gold to enter the two ladders and they've messed up. Now on one hand, for me, I could if I wanted, easily just purchase that much gold again (although I don't generally play tha way) - but for a lot of 'kids' playing the game, they can't just buy the gold again, they don't have the actual money to do it or the ability with credit cards. - So really, as a business, like any other business, if your product fails, you refund. You as a company take the hit in good faith in order to keep the customers on side.

We have a number of issues raised in the channel and with Customer Support over night. The team were up late last night looking into the issues and collecting data from player ID's.
There's ongoing investigations today as we look into how to resolve issues in both the Head-to-Heads and Ladders

The servers were under extra load with all of the competitive racing, which resulted in the US seeing a short period of downtime.

I will have an update for you all as soon as I can - at the moment though, Luna and I are making sure all issues are collated for the team and nothing's been missed.

To keep you all updated, the issues raised last night have been prioritised and distributed across the team to investigate / work on fixes.
The Issues we are focused on are:

• Ladders Skipping Rungs
• +5 Opponents being offered that are actually difficult (Now Resolved! ✅ )
• Wrong Race Time being used to select/matchmake opponents
• Same player/opponent time on race History entry
• Stuck on Spinner at the end of races

The screenshots, details and other info we've collated has helped us understand the issues, so thank you for sharing information with us to action.
The above list isn't all we are looking into, we have logged all bugs raised by players around clubs and those will be looked into too.

@coarse bronze @raven spindle appreciate you guys working on the bugs. Any word on gold entry refunds for the mini h2h since for many it’s been basically unplayable? I haven’t confirmed that it’s been fixed for me, but even so, all the time lost has made it impossible to get a high rank.

Same problem for tier d off road h2h. Earlier it was only picking competitors that were way faster than me. Now when it goes to pick competitors it just freezes and when I restart it counts as a loss. Fairest thing would be to just declare me the winner!

What's made it unplayable for you?
We have today resolved the issue of the starting opponents being offered as Easy when they're difficult. This issue shouldn't be affecting anyone starting an event.
We are looking into the "Hang" at the end of a race where you could be waiting longer than usual to see the results.

I entered the h2h right when it opened. Your team weren’t able to fix until almost 24 hours had passed. That’s 24 hours I, and others, languished at the bottom, unable to race opponents that were beatable. Does that help?

OK, first go into your Discord settings and enable DM's. Wait a couple of minutes after enabling them if they have been disabled, because Discord seems to have a delay on this.
Then in this channel type !bugbot on its own in a message. Our Bot will then DM you a series of Questions about your PLayer ID, your Device and you will type up a detailed report of the issue you experienced. (times, frequency of issue, event info are all useful here so worth checking your info before you start. writing as the bot it is on a timer)

Once you have finished replying, your report will appear in #bug-report-votes and be sent to the team too. We filter your ID out from your report for security in the Discord channel.

Since the beginning of Mini h2h that I found 3 options on Arch Rivals track:
1st - (Unfortunately) I never pulled the time you say (25:255);
2nd - It forces me to always play against the best times for that track;
3rd - I I win, I'll win 5 points only, but if I loose, I loose 2x (-20 points), no matter is my option to race against;
4th - Since the beginning that I have lost 40 points to the 1st players, above me! Maybe about 400 points.

I think this is unacceptable and it it he is stealing from me and the Club I belong to.
How can you rectify that on the leaderboard and on the app, please?

After the game won't let me have a rematch on Taste of Italy Track, it sent me to race in Hill Climb but I never saw this guy ahead of me and he was waiting at the finish like, already parked roflman_facepalming, FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS AGO ALREADY!
Have somebody pulled the supposed time of this guy: 23:087 ?
I don't think not, so please can you verify it!?
Then, I saw my race history and I noted that after Taste of Italy, where I couldn't use my rematch, there is a track that I haven't run and the Hill Climb, that I've mentioned before.

In the past, if you were short on “car food” for fusions, you could just purchase a few cars (for in-game cash). Now it seems you can only get high points via cars obtained on crates, which most likely you’ll have to BUY WITH REAL CASH, as the keys for such crates are sparingly given. Yes. I see it all the time as well. As long as the opponent laptime is normal I don't care. I do think it's the way the recording of the opponent lap is synched with your lap.

We have adjustable properties for the different surface types in the game (e.g. road, mud, beach, water), that effect every track.

We don't have a handicap system in RR. We have the car behaviour which is down to the upgrade level and the augments that are applied, and then there are the track surface properties and the placement/behaviour of the braking and drift zones on the tracks.

I can only reiterate that there's no deliberate slowing down of cars in H2H. I'm really not sure what you and your friends are seeing, but there are a lot of gameplay things that can factor into the time. The track surface types, the driving line taken, the position of the car within the braking zones, the steering behaviour through drift corners, the timing of the nitrous.

I understand what you're saying, but when you're talking about variations of a few tenths of a second, then that could be explained by hitting braking zones in a different way. The cars brake differently depending on whether the car is on the inside or the outside of the track for example. Or if you're on an off road track you might have hit an undulation in the surface collision that put the truck off its line. I'm certainly not suggesting that you're not good players or that you're not consistent on the tracks, I'm just trying to suggest some reasons why you might see differences. I've been playing this game in one form or another for three years and I'm not sure I can hit the exact same racing line on each run.

I'm looking at your recorded times on beach u-turn for the tier D H2H. Three of the times are between 15.616 and 15.780, so a 0.164s range, but you do have an outlier time that's quite a bit slower than those other three times (you still won the race comfortably).

We are always told to go and open a customer support ticket in the game when we have an issue, but ALL of them are replied with a "we are so sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for the feedback"...
I reported several bugs in the last days, wich affected me in the loss of A LOT of stuff such as keys, gold, CP etc. I experienced the "3 hard races with only 5 points reward" bug in the last off road B h2h; I lost silver and bronze keys because of it.
Then I couldnt joined the last free Mini B round 2 h2h, as the entry screen freezed and then the event just vanished from my game (map + events list). I literally lost a massive amount of valuable free gold, gold keys and CP; and it seems you just dont care. I happened beacuse of a BUG, no other thing.
Is there any "compensation policy" at all, or the intention its just to divert public/forum complains to a private dead-end?
This is extremely frustrating; you have to understand this is a competitive game, so when you lose something (or miss the chance to win something) you end up behind the rest, thus being unfair when this happens beacuse of a game BUG.

Before its closure, with enough time, as I usually do. Ive been playing for a year now and never had this issue. The entry screen got freezed, for almost a minute (I waited hoping I entered, and never had internet/connection issues). Then of course the event entry was closed, and the event vanished.

@coarse bronze without going in debate i can assure you that cars are being slowed down ; wether you do it or there is a system issue is a different discussion. Also same applies for Ladders, took me countless attempts to finish Race 20 for tier A ladder. My car was just too slow and bots were too fast all the time. Finally i won where bots slowed down & I could catch up and guess what i won by a huge margin. I would never report unless I have tested it my self . But as I said above this is just for your reference 👍

Now if you look at the fusion points issue it will be settled in future ...i think when you replace the cash cars with crate cars ... It will take time but will gradually settle down ... But Ian i understand this because i manage a business and i can foresee & calculate most of the things you do But please not not everyone can which causes panic and frustration.

I am not saying do not bring changes ... do it but bring them in gradually and give sufficient time for racers to accept and take actions. Also make sure information is clear and can be well understood.

Hi Boost, this warning was given by an admin. Based on the reasons, it suggests your messages might not have been worded as kindly as they could have been.
It's important to remember that even when you're angry or stressed out by anything in the game or the discord, to be considerate in sharing your grievances. Or, should someone be treating you without respect or care, you should raise it with a Moderator to deal with.

Warnings automatically clear in time, but if you receive more warnings in a short period of time then a bot automatically kicks or bans.

Sorry but the fusion value was not just "reduced", it was virtually removed and there was no advance notice for that.
For example, in my case I spent 1.2 million (game cash) in purchasing 3 Ford GTs JUST to use them for fussion points. I woke up one day to find out that their fusion value was virtually nothing (16!)
That is cash that I could have used for something else and now is gone, just like that. I also could have saved a lot of silver and gold keys that I used to get cars that now are virtually useless.
Those type of sudden rule changes are the ones that bother the most; you cannot plan ahead in the game like that.

1. Know the game rules, values and path of progression
2. Plan long term game strategy based upon current rules assuming they will stay the same thru the whole time in game
3. Game owner changes rules, values and path of progression sometimes with 1 month heads up, 2 weeks or surprise! ...none at all
4. Find out the way u play game and planning your progression for months... was a waste of time and in game resources that have no value anymore... thus throwing your whole long term game strategy out the window... now much harder, longer, more expensive... it's like back to square 1 and starting all over again!
5. Game owners dont understand why players frustrated and attempt to distract player's animosity with... hey look over threre... check out this shiny new feature we added! Game is way better now we don't see what the issue is...:man_shrugging:

katie when the problem appeared at the camaro event and started to lock up and the camera was slow, i had a huge loss, because i am competitive and i do not accept losing if i know i can win, so i spent, spent and spent gold with rematch, my off road game , in 100 races, 95 were in slow motion locking, on normal roads 30% happened the same, I complained, I sent an email that told me that I didn't receive it, but the proof is there, I sent almost 10 different videos in the email showing that by the game the race for example was 25 seconds but due to the crash and the game was slow, the video was almost 1 minute, because it worked slowly, I deleted the game several times, I informed, I did what was necessary in that weekend. who passed improved well, from 100 races, was locking 30%. but in the tier B mini event it started to crash, something that I had never crashed without before, and everyone who plays knows, how detailed the touches in the mini events are, and I bought 10k of diamonds that practically to help my team and I keep among the first ones, it ended in 2 days, and I tell anyone who doesn’t know me, and read this post, I’m in the top 3 in almost every event I participate in, I lose to crazy coinners, so Katie asked, asked, asked, to fix it, but I have not been compensated for the great damage that has been done. if you want more information there is no e-mail I sent a while ago with all the videos, I am very, very upset with this game.

for anyone still not 100% certain on the resource shop change that is coming on Monday, here's a re-write for you:

Stage 1-4: will be offered for a reduced Gold price. No cash option will be available.
Stage 5: Instead of 2 being available for cash, it’ll now be 1 S5 Resource only for a reduced Gold price.
Stage 6: Instead of 3 being available for cash, it’ll now be 1 S6 Resource only for a reduced Gold Price.

The Shop Gold price will be lower than the amount you would pay buying the same part from the Car Upgrade screen.

Stage 5 and 6 parts will still be available from events such as Resource Run, Ladders, and Smash Events.
Stage 5 parts will continue to have a drop chance in Easy Money, Double Payout and Daily Test drive. (See game for race types and drop rates per Tier)

So are you going to lower the amount of stage 5 and stage 6 resources needed to upgrade cars.?

Because I’ve been at this quite a while and if the resource required isn’t lowered it take even longer to upgrade without REAL cash

That's not a bug but an intentional game design. These cars are rare so you cannot fuse them.

Sometimes we offer multiple routes to get them, you may be one of the people who managed to get more than one but most people don’t and we’re protecting them from any accidental sales or fusion of those cars

The way the cars work is that they are individual models, our availability of whether something can be sold is determined by that model, the system that handles that check isn’t aware of how many versions of the car you have. The only exception to that being you can’t sell the last car in a Tier

I have never seen a game where the developers completely change the “rules” after a year the game has been available. There is zero reason to completely eliminate the fusion food values of our vehicles. Oh wait, there is 1. To get people to spend money! There have been many issues with this game. But, it is still fun.
Unless you have been playing for a long time, new players have very little chance to keep up with all the vehicles we have already upgraded and fused.
Consumer protections mean absolutely nothing to the hutch organization

No, they want us to pay for a ton of gold keys in order to get fusion cars.
They may have seen there was "a lot" of people who were "completing" the game (obtaining nearly all cars and max/fusing them out*) without obtaining the company desired level of profit. So they changed the rules basically for new players, their road will be so much harder, and they will be forced to pay a lot more to advance and compete in the game.

*btw, if this is a thing, its the game's fault, as really the amount of cars is rather small. And the new brands/cars incorporation rate is waaaaay too slow.

No, we have no intention of selling Club Prize Cars in the game for Cash, Gold Keys or any other method.

As Katie mentioned we may have them as highly restricted giveaway prizes. We also give them to content creators - people who make Rebel Racing videos so they can preview the content for their audiences.

We have discussed the possibility of potentially having some sort of ‘Legacy Cars’ for vehicles that may have been prizes a year ago or more but we have no plans to do so.
