Try not t buy to many cars to upgrade take your B car and buy a silver key box three times a week so you will have a surplus of cars to fuse when you start getting fusion credits I wish I had not bought so many cars and started upgrading them it makes it very hard to get rid of them when you start fusing try to upgrade the highest points cars because once you start driving really good you want the highest pp car you will need it because when you get into the higher pp cars the driving is what wins so if you have a high pp car and you drive good you will be hard to beat in the head 2 head races

Currently resources runs are a bad deal, we specifically recommend players don’t do them. You can just buy the specific resources you need rather than paying a lot of gold and getting a few random resources. But Hutch said they might look into improving them in the future. In game cash is easy to get over time, gold is always very hard to get.

It does depend on your perspective though. Some players are free to play and have to be very careful about where they use what they have. Some players pay something reasonable like $20 per month and want to maximize that as much as possible. Then there are those who spend hundreds a month and don’t care where it goes.

Just an FYI to anyone who made it to rung 50 of the free Pass. There are only 30 hours left to buy the Pro Pass to get all those rewards. I usually tell players not to spend money, but if you made it to 50 in the free Pass, the extra Pro Pass rewards are worth it if you don’t mind spending a little on the game.

You might think about a couple of those bronze boxes (they usually have Cash and Augments). You are planning on running in the Rebel Pass Prize ladder tomorrow, right? You're going to need more money!
Most of the drivers in the Tier A races I have been checking out today are coming with cars around the 400 PP plus or minus 10. if you can get your RUF RT35 S (Custom) up to even 420 or 430 you should have a bit of an edge! Also add those Augments to your car in each class once you get it to level 4!

Now tomorrow you should win enough to upgrade it once more and the other one (if you have it) as well. The only thing is how long it would take to upgrade the car if you were to use Fuze points on it. You would have to get the Car to (i am not sure what level) before you could use the Fuze points on it I think...

That's a good plan - don't sell duplicate cars as they have a use - also don't make the stupid mistake I did and upgrade the wrong one lol...I'd keep upgrading your car while you can though! Keep pushing it up in each category like intake Tires Engine etc...get the PP up as high as you can afford before the Race tomorrow.
From what I can see, I'd upgrade your car's Intake, Tires, Engine, Nitro, etc. one more level for tomorrow - get those PP up high as you can afford! You should be good to go from there! Oh I see - the gold has to be there too!

It’s “fuse” as in fusion, and the custom is not worth fusing for the average player, especially new ones. Fodder to do a fuse is not easy to come by and almost impossible for a new player.

Yes I keep any cars I win so I can use them as fodder and not one of the 'primary' cars I have upgraded at each Tier so I have a good Car at each level...if I get a better car I would consider selling the 1st upgraded car or using it as fodder but the new car had better be exceptional for me to do that.

No one should use any car for fodder unless it is a duplicate. Never fodder your only one of any car. We often have car specific events.
And a note about ladders, most ladders give you a long time to enter and finish. You can stretch out most ladders to 10 days, so plenty of time to work on upgrades.

As for the Cars, I agree, we shouldn't use unique cars for fodder but sometimes it can't be helped. I needed to upgrade a car for an event and I was too new to know better so I did use a car that was unique to do that Fusion. As I said I didn't know better but once I realized I had lost the car, forever, I knew not to use some cars for fodder. Now I pick one of a specific type to upgrade, focus on it, and leave the duplicates as fodder for later Fusions.

It's not a higher end competition...I was looking at the average of the AI I was running against in the Tier A races earlier today and they were 390ish to about 410ish in PPs, just FYI.

Ladders are always tricky for the final rungs. It’s impossible to know beforehand what’s needed to finish. The insane chase cars are designed to crash into you for no reason, but there is usually a path to victory by timing your nitro correctly or making the main opponent car crash.

The new club season is going to use existing off road vehicles I understand. I have all of them except the Tier S Mercedes. The current cost for that car is $14.99.
Has anyone heard if there is going to be any "sales" available during the club season? I'll wait to purchase that car until then if so.
Also- is there any real benefit to saving my crates to open until the new season if they are not rolling out any new vehicles during this season?

@left cargoyou should have enough Fusion Credits (Points) to upgrade the RUF (Custom) from the event. in the pervious race you won 200 Fusion Credits. Upgrade the RUF in hand now and you can get to the next set of Fusion points and do the 2nd upgrade too (if you have enough fodder cars to put into it). Do you know how to use the Fusion points to upgrade the car?

Mainly from ladder events, but you can get a few from Smash too when that comes back. I’ve been short fusion for most manufacturers my entire time here. Hopefully Hutch introduces some more ways to get it. They mentioned they were thinking of doing that, but we don’t have specifics yet.

@lost cradle. Yes I got the points from the event for the 2015 RUF RT35 S (Custom) event (Rebel Pass Prize Ladder) that's running right now. At level 14 it gives you enough Fusion points to upgrade the car once and then again at level 17 it gives you enough to do the 2nd upgrade. You have to have enough fodder cars to do both upgrades though so don't enter it unless you have a bunch of cars you don't mind losing.

@strong niche So far, in my opinion, the only benefit to opening boxes now is to get some duplicate cars (that you don't upgrade), but can use for fodder cars when doing a Fusion upgrade on a primary vehicle.

Currently the 570s is a better car than the Custom, so if I had to choose one to fuse I’d fuse the 570s. But honestly this is a long term game. Lots of time to think about what to upgrade and fuse, no need to rush anything. Just make sure to lock one of each car so you don’t accidentally fodder it.

As far as I know the only way to stop it, is not allow the club to retain points of a player not currently in the club. Hutch would have to make that change but they haven’t said if they will or not. Therefore we assume the point cheating will continue this season. Hopefully next season they address it.

Both Ladders require Fusion to complete, so Fusion Credits will be available in both.
It's not expected that you'd enter both, but maybe you would if you have the time to or maybe one is already fused up and ready to breeze through a ladder 🙂

So this is a complex economy question that Mark or Ian would be better to answer. But i'll give it the best explanation I can: Your "return" on the gold entry fee is always better than what it cost to enter in an event (and varies in a H2H depending on where you finish!) . You do get gold back in the event, but other rewards are cash, augments, resources, fusion credits and customisations. So we never return the full gold amount, because the overall game economy would be affected by players amassing large amounts of gold. But we introduced Cash events, and these are the best place to convert your cash into keys and then obtain more gold and other bonus items for entering more Gold entry events.

I would just like to say I hope this h2h is just a one off. I think it’s unfair and a bad idea to put Fusion in an h2h and only give it to coiners who the majority here agree are ruining the game. Coiners already have everything in the game, allowing only them to get fusion and no one else will make it impossible for almost everyone to fuse cars. I think they would prefer customizations anyway. But hopefully this was just a one time thing, thanks.

The top few clubs are very competitive. Some of them are trying to find the highest scoring players possible, so they are usually recruiting in hopes of finding high point players.

To be clear, there is nothing wrong with having multiple teams, many other games have that. The problem is that Hutch allows clubs to keep the points of a player who is not in the club. As soon as Hutch changes that the problem should be fixed.

Bronze Keys are money and resources (like augments), Silver Keys get you Tier D, C, and B Cars, plus extra resources and finally Gold Keys Can win you Tier B, A and S cars and resources. Hope that helps. Each Box can only win up to one car. If you go to the 'Shop', select 'Car Imports" select a box color (Broze, Silver, or Gold), and then there is a little info button for each box you can click on that details what the odds are for each object in the box.

I’m not an expert but I’ve never heard of anyone saving bronze keys. But you never know in this game. But you can get get gold out of them sometimes if you are short of gold, and occasionally B augments. It’s always worth saving some gold and silver keys though

It's not fully upgraded to level 7 yet but it's being worked on. Once it's done I will be in the high 560s with it's PPs. I had to Fuse the Car twice to get to the level 7 upgrade.

Zonda is 4* car and can be fused to 6* max

We haven’t been required to have bronze keys before, so technically you can use them. However I think it’s better to be safe than sorry. Buying keys in the shop is the worst most expensive way to do it. So it’s better to save them for when you need them imo. We have needed as many as 1800 gold keys to get both club cars before. Many new cars will be coming in the months ahead, so I advise players to keep as many keys as possible so they don’t end up having to buy them. I like have more than 1k bronzes and silver just in case, and save as many gold as I can. However, for players that buy keys in the shop for $100 and don’t think about it, then it doesn’t matter, use whatever you want.

So far, gold keys have been their currency of choice unfortunately. They are the hardest thing to get. Most everyone here agrees asking players to come up with as many as 1800 keys in that club season was completely unreasonable. But IMO it’s a good idea to keep a reasonable base of keys, treat that base as zero, don’t go below unless you have to. But each player is different, some are ok with a 500 base some want 2000.

It’s about $130k to buy and cash upgrade a D tier Silvia for 51 fodder. This is what we had the last time before cash fusion was completely stopped. It is a lot of work, very time consuming to buy and upgrade a lot of Silvia’s. So Hutch needs to understand that we do NOT need to make it more difficult next month. I’m glad we have this back, but no one should think $130k for 51 fodder is cheap or easy.

Sorry, can I ask for clarification please? Cash car fusion is a huge deal in the game so I don’t want to give anyone bad advice.

I see what we have as of today is back to what we last had in February right before cash fusion was disabled. So we are currently assuming what we have today will be what it is for the next month. My question is, are you saying Ian said cash fusion will remain as it is right now going forward for next month and the month after? If so that’s honestly the best route. It’s a huge amount of work to upgrade a ton of D cash cars, and very very expensive. But that’s exactly how it should be. Very slow, expensive, and time consuming for us, but at least it’s possible. So could you please confirm the plan is to keep cash fusion as it is today for at least the next few months? Thanks.

Introducing tier restrictions to fusing will add a large layer of complexity and work. It is will cause frustration with players and actually reduce the value of crate cars. Plus a lot of work would need to be done to balance every tier cash car for fodder. Hopefully there is no need to introduce additional tier restrictions to fusion.

Porsche 928 has a 0-60 of 5.8s, quarter mile is 15.3s that's only Tier C speed in our game I'm afraid.

We had this issue with Top Drives - cool cars that don't perform well and not so fancy cars that are really fast.

Right now we only order the by performance, not prestige.

We leave Mondays free for maintenance, if a H2H Event goes over a Monday with some maintenance it can break - we've had this problem before

To solve the problem of clubs “cheating” by moving accounts back and forth there are a few ways to do it. Easiest thing to do is simply treat the club exactly like the player. Right now if a player exits or is kicked they lose the points, if they rejoin that club they get the points back. Do the exact same thing with the club, if a player exits or is kicked the club loses the points, and if that player comes back the club get the points back. It’s fair to both player and club, easy to implement, and most everyone here agrees with the principle. It also gives a big incentive for players to stay in a club and the club not to kick players.

Something for fusion is definitely needed, I’ve played non stop for many months, entered every event possible, and I’m pretty much at zero fusion for all but two manufacturers.
