Faq has some aug info, but you want to use the highest tier you can. So B is better than C, you can use one tier higher than the car.

The letter is the tier they are intended for but a tier D car can accept D and C ; a tier C car can accept D, C and B ; a tier B can accept C, B and A, a tier A can accept B, A, S. The same for S and GT

They have never cared. Why? Because they don't need to. Because people will continue to spend money and play. If people just stopped playing, they would care. Stop playing meaning, don't spend any money, don't watch any videos to get your free fuel. You can still mine for resources. But boycott if you don't like. I know I won't be playing if this continues. I left once before. Won't have a problem doing it again. You would think these propass things would be a huge influx of money for them. I think it's a brilliant idea. I'll spend the money for rebel pass every month or however often they have it. But if prizes for gold keys are going to be this low, I won't do it. Going from 100 to 10 is ridiculous. Going 100 to 75 is also ridiculous. You should stay at 100. Gold keys are the hardest things to accumulate.

Well said. I think the masses have quit spending so Hutch is living off of the elite spenders. Also there is virtually no way a new player can start in the game without making a significant investment of IRL money after getting through the initial career ladder. Now it almost seems like Hutch wants to punish us grinders that are not spending and break our reserves to completely push us out. The game is dying a slow death at this point.

I don't know how much Hutch makes off of the videos that we watch? As a grinder, I watch a lot of videos in a day. So they are making money off me. When the game first came out it was much easier to progress through the game and build up resources. So a lot of veteran players are still sustainable from those reserves. Also then I was happy to spend some IRL money because the rewards were worth it and Hutch wasn't so obvious in bleeding people dry. Now I won't spend my money except on Rebel Pass. If I was to pick the game up new like you under this current structure I probably would quit in a week. I see your pain and frustrations.

Unfortunately you will find the vast majority do not use discord. Any player who uses discord is usually on a top 20 club. That’s why we discourage people from starting clubs. You end up with a lot of random players who don’t play much and you can’t talk to them.

@hidden adder are we not getting fusion credits from the milestone (formerly ladders) anymore? If that's true, it's putting any new player at a huge disadvantage. Please let us upgrade our cars. I've been playing daily for 130 days and I got lucky getting the p1 early. I still can't fuse it because I have zero McLean fusion credits. I finally thought this would be the time but now the rewards from ladders have been gutted. Please consider reverting this change.

Also how are we supposed to get fusion credits now? Just purple keys?

One easy change is make fusion keys able to pick what fusion you want. So you spend fusion keys to buy the specific fusion you need. Otherwise fusion keys are worthless how they are.

Yes and no, other sections like Off road, Italy, Tracks & Laps requires cars that can't be bought for cash... Some are available in the crates but for that you need Gold Keys as well...

Historically it was easier to build up …. You need to grind at easy money to get resources, enter free daily D to start building gold but gold keys are tough to get as a newbie. You need to spend them wisely when you do get them.

You don’t have to pay, but it helps, especially new players. But my advice is play for free until you beat the S boss, see if you like the game enough to keep playing. But it’s a long term game, many of us have played everyday for over a year.

You don't need to / shouldn't buy any cash cars - just try to complete the main campaign with the cars given to you at every stage- upgrade them only enough to beat the boss and move up a tier. Don't worry about the ladders they can be completed at later stage .

Since the Milestone is completely linear, the idea of “unlocking” prizes is irrelevant. You don’t get them until the final rung, and you don’t get to the final rung unless you do all the races linearly. So despite its structure, it’s equivalent to a ladder with multiple prizes at the final rung.

If I were you I'd save keys for now as well. When you are ready to join a club (level 8+ I think) you will have an opportunity to play in club competitions, but you will normally need at least 1000 keys to guarantee getting one of the cars to enter, and there are up to 4 cars every season

So yeah, the early stages of the game are really about doing as many easy money races as you can to build up your game resources

And do the free daily cup so you learn how to maximise your success in competitions v other players

Club events will make more sense once you reach that stage in the game. The crates are fine, but they drop cars at random. Most people seem to prefer to save their gold keys and spend them for club events, or other events for specific cars, so if you stock them up now, you'll be well placed once you get to that level

Basically, almost every game resource is hard to obtain, especially if you are F2P, so if in doubt don't spend anything unless and until you see something you really, really want

There's a club season event every few weeks. They run events for new cars which you have to obtain from event specific crates. For an S tier season car it can take up to 10 crate openings til you get the car, hence my 1000 gold keys figure. When you unlock clubs, go to #👀│looking-for-club on here and try to find one with an active discord channel, and it will make it easier for you to make sense of it

@analog lintel the main take-home message I was trying to give you is that from your screen shot, your levels of gold/cash (and I'm guessing of keys) is really low for what the game demands. I've spent 1000s in gold and about 10m cash in the past 2-3 weeks, for example. And nothing in the game comes easy, so my advice is to keep working to build up your reserves. As you get more experience of the game it'll become more apparent to you what it is worth saving for/spending on (and how much work you have to do to build up those amounts)

Correct; it used to matter, but quite awhile ago Hutch realized their user base was dramatically declining, so they grouped everyone together in H2H brackets without distinction to the number of trophy points (an indicator of experience). Now relatively new players are crushed every day by three-year veterans.

If you are referring to off road Daily Test Drive , than note they sheet you see doesn't apply to it. They are random tracks with random cars .

If you referring to Rebel pass challenges where you see before the task - you can ignore that those letters are bit confusing & mostly inaccurate. Just focus on the task / tier details / car requirements if any and track details.

As Slow said, the big letter on the left of a Pass challenge is irrelevant, it’s just there to try to help, but it’s not required. The tier is only required if it’s written in the words of the challenge. So you can complete the 5.7 with an S, A, or B truck, your choice.
