It’s not the worst thing ever, but no IVs would nerf hard trick room and restrict optimal trick room speed tier crafting.

Eg: Incin + Farig tr is messy and wasteful. Slow decorate smeargle is less viable. Slow Urshifu misses 75-85 neutral targets.
