As a rule of thumb, you’d want your nature to be boosting your highest base stat. This allows you to spare EVs when investing.

IVs wise, most of the time you want 31 IVs in your relevant offensive stat, HP, and defensive stats. Your speed is decided contextually depending on if you need the Pokemon to be slower or faster in certain scenarios.
