Intentionally bad because they were designed for a custom format that has nothing to do with the competitive meta.

These are custom teams to make the game more fair for UU pokemon and under.

main problem im seeing is that the damage is nearly non existent, it is very dependant on waterpon and gholdie. and when they die it can definitely stop the team to some degree.
