Most used builds just means they’re popular and are good for just about any team. Lower used builds are more than likely calc’d to live something specific

Honestly you can use the top used spreads to start out and you’ll be fine. When you start getting more serious and figuring out who you want on your team, and what those mons threats are THEN you can experiment with the spreads
