WAR effects each player differently depending on heroes used. WAR is the most common that I've noticed. Each hero's skill effect will increase depending on hero/skill from 0.02% - 0.08% for every 100 WAR, for the most part, as always there are heroes outside the range.

Same with heroes using DEF.

WAR also increase your unit base attack. Which is then multiply by your atk bonus. Like how DEF increase your unit base hp. and then get multiplied by hp bonus and what not.

You get 2 points for initiating the rally and killing it. You can do it as many times as you want. duh..
You get 1 point for joining others which you can only do 50 times.

yes, anyways you can detect an attacker and a buffer by reading their skill. If one indicates that they will increase X % of atk, they are buffers, and attackers will have a skill that will deal dmg to the opponent. Bassel + Layla could be nice

those heroes are skill details of typical buffers. (Kum, koji, Mega??) They are called buffers because you use them in a march typically to buff up other hero damage output. They provide attack increase. Traditionally they used to only give you attack bonus (for example, nimitz, bassal) But since topwar wants to release new heroes every month) they have to get 'creative' so they may also give you additional skill sets (for example mutes, burn, ect)
Typically you want a march with 3 types. (buffer, defensive hero and +1)
Defensive heroes are typically the one with indestructible buffs these days (optimus, shinji, layla ect) they dont stack so you ideally want only 1 of those in a march. Same concept as last one (those heroes may give you more than indestructible ) the key is you want one.
For +1, you should figure it out on your own by experimenting and asking around.

Mainly issue is, his extra attack only trigger on a hit he get. This mean he will trigger each round only 1 time! on 50 Rounds (if you have +15 Rounds ready) he can only hit 50x - sure these 50 hits are guaranteed but still low! Lazy Preycis on his badest days trigger around 70x and with 3 attacks each trigger.

On PVP its completly different, cuz on same HFR you shoot alternating, so if enemy isn't extremly stronger than you and kill whole stack with one hit, you trigger on skill1-6, 6 times each Round - guaranteed - 6x guaranteed Trigger is really good! And he can't get bader by nerf him. His attack has no trigger rate, no "chance" to get rage point... He will always attack if he get a hit!

Navy is set up to have 1 attack boost, 1 indestructible, and 1 hp shield hero. You're making an inferior march anytime you skip out on one of those. So to answer your question; Layla should replace Yuu. Crimson Typhoon should replace Seaspray.

Kotiya has already been replaced by Gipsy. Layla and Typhoon are both the best in their roles but Layla will be on the chopping block the soonest.

The attack buff from heroes skills is calculated different to your normal attack %, if you don’t have another hero in your march like kotiya/balios/gypsy etc that give your navy units an attack boost then it’s maybe worth keeping him there

Bassel is really a starter Navy hero at this point, in my opinion. And is a hero in the Billionaires hero bond. Has Skill is only increasing atk. 5* with level 5 exclusive will give you around 94% atk increase which is close to dealing 8% dmg from my understanding. Level 5 rare ATK will give you 45% atk which isn't even 4% dmg.
Better off with march sizes and rare dmg + with either rare dmg - or normal dmg + level 5.

This is just my opinion. Navy isn't really my strong suit.

I'd think lvl 6 rare atk if those are the only options. Lvl 6 rare atk is about the same as a normal dmg + 5, so you will be getting the 5* 83.1% from Skill + 60% rare atk for 143.1% over the 94.1% from skill & level 5 exclusive.

The ratio is situational based off player's stats, for example, someone with 1000% atk and 150% dmg inc

100 Base ATK

100 + 1000% = 1100

Now, 1100 attack | 1100 Damage Points, 1|1 atk - dmg ratio

1 + 150% = 2.5

1 atk | 2.5 damage

So, 1100 atk would be equal to 2650 damage points

Adding 10% dmg inc on this case, would increase the total damage to 2760 (because the atk - dmg ratio moved up to 1|2.6) [On this case, it would be roughly 4% increase]

If instead you get 100% atk, the atk of the units would go from 1100 to 1200 (roughly 8.7% difference), so with these stats, 1% dmg inc would be roughly 6.8% atk

So it's all situational to the player's stats, if you have a lot atk, then get dmg inc, if you have massive dmg inc, then get atk

you have to count for double value atk, hero war, formation, suppression, etc. your actual atk is around 1000 higher than what you see in stats, for average player. around 1500 maybe for a whale.

I only use them for speeding up eternal tech tree (about 10-15k). Ta/el is mostly vit use, speedups, gathering. Of course expansion & fighting. You should spend gems on usable items prior to event launch so you have available for more important uses.

Earthshaker if most of your damage comes from the elemental atk skill, Blazing does more damage but the attack is divided by 3, so you'll do less on this situation

If most of the damage comes from your heroes triggers (Ex7 Gipsy - Ex7 Mega and Ex7 Shinji for example), then Blazing would be better
