Can we get a hero shard return/exchange system?
For example, for 2000 gems we could reclaim every shard on one of our heroes and they all come back as hero exclusive shards. Then for a 2-3:1 ratio turn them into universal shards of that type? Or make the exchange have diminishing returns. First time used this month is 1:1, but the next is 2:1, etc. That way when the meta shifts players can switch to it more easily but not exploit turning every hero shard into the ones they want. While we're at it, can we get a system to upgrade blue shards into purples?

On the topic of shards, can we get a consistent system in place to exchange tech items into either shards or component boxes? Eventually these items become useless and pile up. This would help players of all levels gain a little extra power without breaking balance.

The Current events of 20 steps events to get a free skin tower seem very frustrating for players to wait a long time until the event starts, but many of them fail to get that.
It is better to make minimal a short-time to use of free skin by changing the rewards.

New sistem rewards for 20 stages events :
For example:
5 stages: 1 day free skin tower
10 stages :1 week free skin tower
15 atages :1 month free skin tower

Make rewards better for lvl 38, 39 and 40 droids. They don’t feel very rewarding at current outputs. Add alliance gifts to all money spent in game. Value packs are bought far less now it seems. Adding gifts to base event money spent, deep sea event packages and other spending events allows for smaller players and non spenders to get rewards to help them grow, which will increase amount of players that stick around longer.

If the game is going to focus on SvS, it would be nice if kill events didn't damage troops. Have it be a training exercise, so people on the server can practice and reason against each other without losing everything. Especially for kill events that happen after directly after SvS

The biggest drama on my server is because of kill event stuff and who can attack who, and what level difference is okay, or who can reinforce what levels. If they're weren't losses it would make it easier for people to participate without complaining. People that are normal afraid of kill events might actually participate increasing the number of targets available. Alliances could work on strategy and tactics for SvS or capital fights.
It still allows inter server fights but makes the focus SvS

Please fix capital and svs events. Both are just a bragging rights event. There is no compensation for the collective for winning. This is the main reason players disregard participating and smaller alliances have no care of the results (specifically svs)

Capital is easy. Compensate the entire alliance for winning it. The only one that gets compensated is the leader, and anyone the leader gives the limited gifts to and let’s be honest a well balanced server these are spread out to different alliances and top players get these regardless of if they win or participate. Give gems and vouchers to all members of the winning alliance. The effort isn’t justified.

For svs. So much needs to be changed. Right now it’s just about if your gms can beat theirs. If neither can, you just sit and do nothing for 2 hours. If they can somewhat fight them off than just a handful of players are doing anything for 2 hours. I would suggest a total revamp. Maybe even something similar to eternal where protected area was easier to visual locate and all players can do something. The event should last the day and completely take over ke....maybe like eternal even have a peace period and have 2 or 3 fights of 2 hours so that all time zones are able to participate and results are combined for the 2/3 battles.

Donation days should give buffs or just rewards to the server. Winning battlefield really means nothing at all. A significant reward should be given to everyone in a server for a win. Even tiered based on the win, per area, if they take capital, etc. make it worth an effort for everyone instead of just sitting and cheering on 5 players.

Reason for number 2:
It is hard to identify an incoming March to one of alliance member because there is no information that a member is under attack by someone, and this also makes the 'reinforce' feature become less useful because a player need to manually find if a member is under attack.

How about considering how unequal the servers are treated when it comes to svs, odinium, and many other things. Svs should be every 1-2 weeks to keep everyone interested and engaged, odinium should have been tested on maybe 3-5 servers not 500 for the sake of the servers above 500 not getting an event. The game is becoming FarmVille as the people that like to come in and spend 10k (and there’s nothing wrong with that spend your money how you want to) rein the server and kill the fun. Put them in servers where they actually have to compete.

Many people from my server that’s in the 700’s are quitting, there are about 4 alliances that are active and every week at least 40 people leave. Create more consistent events because people are getting bored.

So if the High spenders players kick everone out of the Facility they will not get pass area's that require more alliances working together.

You want more Players joining in on server wide events have a weekly or monthly schedule with events that require all alliance to work at solving Dark Forces invasion. Pick one of the battle areas on map & have *developers go to town on servers

The ability to type more than a few sentences in chat, and it would be so epic to share ss in chat on game. I remember when rise of kingdoms unloaded that feature. Game changer. Also, for marches, it would be incredible to send marches wherever you want while they’re in the field, instead of waiting to return, redirect them. The ability to have pvp battles with two players marches in the map instead of having to be in a structure and defend or attack. The ability to “park” your troops on the map would add a new level of strategy for players as well. I know coding these things is difficult, but, with the revenue counts of late, maybe buy existing code to tweak from similar games with similar functions. Not sure how that works so don’t hate me for suggesting lol. Also. I know it’s not the point of the game, but, having territories mean more, so competition for territories is more important, some sort of territory system in game map would enhance the purpose of the game, and have people more willing to war, use troops, have battles, fun, and when people lose things, they inevitable pay to get them back. @last hare - we have a server wide rule that tries to restrict the same. It would be nice if something was done to assist against 80s hitting 70 and below for sure. I mean it's just total destruction. Maybe new players can start inactive in PVP events and players should be able to adjust in and out of PVP enabled. NOTE: if you have it off, you can't join KE and are auto shielded. The flag is only changed at next reset. Like a shield any aggressive attack would remove the non-pvp shield so you would have to use normal shields to make it through the kill event.

Stop with all the new ssr heroes, unless you’re going to make them available through events rather than $100 USD for a few little shards. It is insanely expensive. I agree that people should be able to pay and have an advantage, but you have raised your prices to unrealistic amounts while pumping out new heroes far too often. And at the same time you are mass producing new servers at a rate that is not maintainable. Old servers are dying quickly. New ones are dead in a matter of weeks. Here are some ideas, to improve the game:
First either get rid of or adapt the Dark force training thing where you Attack WB 5 times for little rewards, you get lvl 40 tickets that exchange for 0 gold at higher levels.
2 dont limit the tg per day, instead make Upgrades to the tg Hp wise they have so little hp if a lvl 80 attacks with a couple units, it is dead.
3. Bring back svs, it also need some work but thats to much to write right now,
4. Add more fun events, like a sort of mini eternal, so you have more to do in the game 1 week mini eternal 1 week svs, so every week there is something to do.
Those are just some little ideas, there could and has to be a lot more done in my opinion

Removing treasure guard rewards? The only entertainment in our server currently is creating low level units and seeing who can do the least damage. 🙄 Bring back SVS, add eternal land and remove the treasure guard cap, please. Merge servers; it’s clear it’s not just us. People will not find a new TW server and spend more, they will find a entirely new game. We have been trying to create our own mini events, because players are bored and frustrated. Something needs done and quickly.
Also: Why purchase VIT packs with only 20 TG rewards? No need. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@mortal shale it would not be a trap, but a can opener effect. In General Mechanical Masters are Support class LC & GS or in my Account Mad Scientist, we're still support sub classes.

I ponder: If we were to suggest a slightly more Offensive Mechanical Master.. like (Scavenger), whose main job is to Break down & Reverse engineer tech, even make Harmonic Disruptor missile to make shields come down for 30 sec, up to 1 minute & 30 seconds. With an immunity to the effects for 8 hours or more to cut down Griefers plus make the Missiles need a lot of tech, gears, & Sophisticated drawings plus cost 15 up to 250 ee or more to build that might be doable. In FACT!!! Due to the jerry rigging to build the Harmonic Disruptor missiles theres a chance it back fires leaving the Scavenger(s) shieldless also the effect could be an Area effect so. With a failure you could cause other friendly bases to be effected. Just to keep the Murdering Griefing Hobos to a minimum

I would like to recommend rotating times for scheduled events such as silos. They always occur at 8am est. Every person I know is already at work, getting ready for work, or still sleeping at that time. It is not an event that many in the US can participate in with the current scheduled time. If the time rotated then it would be fair for everyone

Make it to where collection buff is server thing. Like daily dotions of 2k gems from the server can iniate the buff. Instead of 2 people being incharge of it. We have 6 different countries on our server. We all sleep at different times. So if one alliance is asleep 😴 and the run capital everyone else is waiting

Its not possible to gather 18h in a facility so the timers are very annoying.

A request I would like to suggest is that When maintenance is about to start we get a 5 minute warning in game to finish up. That way we don’t loose troops and so on. We also would have an option to farm, depending on event. This maintenance I was unaware of as well as several of my alliance members.

If the matching system for upcoming Odinium search by Alliances CP, then probably there will be complain where people can abuse their CP in order to get weak alliance match up in Odinium and vice versa,
Can the system detect how many GMs (3 heroes),lv 80s and so on then match up them with a similar amount of firepower to be a more fair match? This kind of CP matching system might be abuse in the next upcoming Odinium.

I get you guys have bills, server cost, car payments, country club dues. However really listen to the ppl at are playing your game. Its like your Deliberately trying to kill your game by taking away the very few rewards this games offers. Ive been playing this game for about 3 months and the only thing I’ve really seen is ways to make players spend more, and taking away or limited rewards/perks so that average players can’t afford to play anymore. And for all the ppl angry 😡 about the changes stop buying! If you keep paying for useless “teleportation” effects they’ll keep giving us 💩 and keep reducing our rewards.
