Edit: for those wondering why it’s a trash event with the limited vouchers in play. The rewards for purple and gold chest are old most don’t need anything but the gold shards provided. With the premium tickets players had a chance to get 10 tickets per try for perking heroes. Like who the hell needs the class speed ups and the exclusive hero skills in the boxes are so out dated your better off saving gems and not opening the other 2 searches.

Soooooo I scrolled back all the way to the beginning of this feature request channel, and not 1 single time did anyone suggest lowering the number of recruit tickets or skill chips we could use in 1 day. So where did this new optimization feature come from? Many people find themselves in the situation of needing hundreds of a skill just to upgrade 1 level, and we don’t feel like opening 30 chips per day. I have a idea to improve the SvS event. Im not sure if this have allready been requested but here goes.

As of right now its not really a "server vs server" event its more like a alliance based event.

My request is to make the SvS event more like ultimate dominator in regards to classification of "server" meaning once the SvS event starts both servers gets classified as "server" just like in UD where its classified as "faction" meaning towers will be server based and not only alliance based. Giving the event a more United feeling to it.

Server A and server B gets classified as a united server from the start of the battle. So that alliance A, B and C on server A is counted as one alliance and same goes for alliance A, B and C on server B

Immediately left the limits you guys just placed on recruit vouchers and research skill shards. The 30 limit is insane. The ONLY logic behind this is money grab. In my opinion, having a limit of 30 recruits per day is a bad decision. This decision has made it more difficult for some to complete all of their daily tasks and/or develop a hero/perks quickly; especially when they are close to completion. It also leaves very little, if any, room for mistakes.

Please consider either, putting it back like it was, or at least increase the limit to at least 100 (maybe even 250).

So...I know that there's a lot of anecdotal belief that the Special Drop Rate discrepancy is based on Older/Younger Servers or Older/Younger Accounts. I propose that it is actually based on something even more ridiculous...maybe something like CP or Spending Patterns. My Main is 85MCP after one year and my Special Drop Rate is so insanely low that during Compensation, I got about 180% the number of Rune Chests than I had Specials (re: for every Special I had before Compensation, I got about 1.8 Rune Chests). Other younger players that hadn't been spending aggressively, or had much lower CPs were the ones getting absurdly lucky. We also used to only get 2/10 gold shards from the boxes. The amounts were increased to account for the extra time. We can now sleep longer before searching for more chests. You lost nothing from this change and if you never played when it was a 6 hour timer then you have nothing to complain about. Not deep sea anyway, you can complain about other things. Don’t subject us to day 4 of your silly request. The worst possible return is gold shards for 262 gems each if you only get 21 blue boxes and merge those to purple. 262 isn’t great, but it’s not terrible. And again, more boxes doesn’t matter if they have less gold shards in them. Since you like math, 28 blue boxes at the 6 hour timer gets you a minimum 18.67 gold shards at 2 shards per purple box. 8 hour timer gives us 3 gold shards per box, so a minimum of 21 gold shards. That’s getting only green boxes, never a single blue. That’s not a thing that happens, never getting a single blue box ever. So your math is based on not knowing we got less shards with the 6 hour timer. @edgy dome

1. In a more basic way, can you explain why we should manually sync? AS written, it seems like this is something you are doing to prevent US from exploiting bad code (accidentally or intentionally). Is that why? What is the goal of this extra and odd step? I would assume that when we enter TC is when the sync should occur, why are we doing this before then? Why the extra complexity?

2. What is an example of something that could go wrong if we do not sync?

3. if we apply buffs (like from Amalia paints or base skin activations) AFTER we manually sync, but before entering Titan Canyon, will those buffs be applied when we enter Titan Canyon?

4. if we change our base skin AFTER we manually sync, but before entering Titan Canyon, will that base skin be applied when we are in Titan Canyon?

5. if we equip a piece of Titan gear AFTER we manually sync, but before entering Titan Canyon, will that gear be active when we are in Titan Canyon?

We keep getting updates to the CP system, but it almost seems like when an update for the system comes out, another one of your teams is deploying new items into the game that aren’t accounted for correctly (or all items need to be completely gone over and updated for their power).

One of the major things I’ve seen lately is the complaint on Special effects from hero gear.

Update the special effects to truly display in the CP power. Cause the report that I just read, is so slanted when reading it. So the cp power update to me was a waste of time and didn’t really improve anything, other than to help raise transfer tickets needed.

They should align the calculation of CP based on the value of the stat rather than item. Like 1% DMG is always equalled to 100 CP.

For instance, NOT 1% DMG from component has 9,060 CP, but 1% DMG from decor has 1,464 CP only.

Since you have stipulated that people need to play in eight SVS/TC for the warzone ranked matches then wouldn't it be pertinent to increase the amount of players able to join TC, as from my maths knowledge 170 doesn't go into 70, this means people will be left out and not all can participate in SVS due to real life. Devs won't make any changes that doesn't make more money that's why when they put limit on recruits, somehow they realized (and with the help of our complaints) that putting the limit will stop some players from buying any packs that have the premium/elite vouchers. They are aware that some items free rewards are too useless but let's not expect that they will change/remove those.

There are several things that I wish to be to remove though that will benefit all players.

1. Please replace the gold mine facility of MM with gem mines, just increase the food and oil requirement to build it.
2. Remove the ridiculous daily supplies.
3. Improve the base 1 skin attributes - maybe add 20% march speed when equipped and 10% when holding.
4. Growth fund for 80-100
5. Add more levels for refugee/expedition/island battle or remove the coming soon altogether because it's annoying. We're waiting for you (the drunken devs) to update these but you keep on adding contents without updating the old ones.

Give us a setting to be able to turn all red dot notifications off or on for everything but mail. When I log on I would rather not see anything but mail notifications on some days. It will help remove the need to complete every task and allow some to focus on being social and having fun with the game. Sometimes with the numerous event notifications it feels very overwhelming.

Make svs repair the same as TC repair. Also, as a compromise to never having to train again: every hour you're offline you'll lose 2 troops randomly(not Valhalla). This way it will keep your players engaged in the game to keep logging on. Offline 24 hours = you lost 48 troops, if buildings are currently in training mode then it won't lose any regardless of online status and will restart losing troops when in idle. which is way better than training a base every week.

Suggestion for drop rates:
Run a test to open X amount of an item to see if the drop rate seems fair. (Yes I know it’s random and not guaranteed drop rates) but to open 6 gold HT boxes and 16 purple HT boxes and to get 0 gold HT chips leads me to think the drop rate is proportionally lower than what is said. (even make a test group, mods or players who can test the event / change before it happens for gems)

People who took the time to research and do their due diligence to get perfect predictions, get the same thing as those who just chose at random. Giving everyone the win is an easy solution to get something out the door (I use to do this type of work). However, would always go back and sweeten the pot a bit more after the fix was in.

I understand that we don't know what the results actually would have been, but please consider delivering something more in compensation.

For example, since only one battle was fought, you could give everyone who picked a winner in the first battle. 1) the perfect prediction feat, and 2) multiply all awards/bets/winnings by 6x (the number of battles). This would resolve the issue for those who were on their way to achieving the perfect prediction feat. And would be good compensation.

I almost feel like I'm a volunteer, and I'm always working hard to send out combat order mail for all the members...
But for the first time, my anger was exposed during Combat Order.

If there is nothing that can be done due to a system problem, canceling the event is inevitable.
However, the management company deleted the event page without even displaying the reason or apology for canceling the event.
There was no notification in the system email either.
(You guys just deleted the event page without doing what you should have done)

A situation where the user first learns that the event has been canceled after contacting the operator.
Then, the management company panicked and later officially announced the cancellation of the event (and not within TOPWAR, but on Discord). The way you management companies operate is strange.

First of all, the Titan Canyon registration system itself needs to be made better.
It took about two days to gather the members, and the time was spent cutting back on sleep... And the registration itself takes too long on the event page.

I wanted to make a request for an update to the filters in the decor section specifically. First of all, it'd be nice if you could click on the index and then filter. Secondly, I think you should add filters for the type of decor they are. For example, a damage + filter would only show DMG+ decors. Having an all units type filter instead of "others" would be more beneficial. There should be a filter for each individual stat in the game to make it more clean and easy to find what you need. This will help us keep track easier and see what needs to be improved and what is close to being upgraded.

Titan gear. I used to love it when it first came out. Thought it was cool. Now, I hate it. How does a player on a server that’s not even a year old. Have full gold titan gear with special effects. We are talking 40-50m cp players with 5-600% dmg inc/Dec and 3-4000% all because their titan gear gives them 200% dmg inc/Dec boosts that is insane. While I know 80-90m cp players who’s spent thousands of dollars on Titan gear ever since it’s been a thing and the stats don’t even come close. How is it in our svs (that we won) there’s two players. Both 55-60m cp. on a server above the 2900 range. Able to take every single attack from every single player in our server ranging from 40-90m players. We are talking VIP 16 players who have been playing and building their accounts for years just to get beat by a baby account. Who’s completely outmatched in every single category except for titan gear

Any possibility of fixing the gear editor?? As soon as you select and use a gear the filter resets. Every piece of gear changes location based upon rarity when something else is still selected. That said, the odds of getting a gold from a blue catalyst are 5%
The odds of not getting a gold after 50 attempts = (19/20)^50 = 7.7%

That's a terrible thing with randomness, its going to really punish people at times.

Titan Gear needs to be rework again (seriously, not just for show like last time).
Look at my last SVS report, I met a guy with 50M CP on S3001.
But I'm powerless against him because he invested in Titan Gear.
He hasn't even maxed components yet, things like suppressiom and elemental are also at a low level. I also have level 7 exclusive skills for the hero.
But now those things seem nothing compared to Titan Gear, it's nothing, it's only worth 0.001% of power.
Should I bang my head against the wall because I can't do anything against a guy with more than 20M CP less than me?

The biggest issue is the balance in the game, it was broken. The issue is not about spending more or less money, it's about balance.
I suggest three ways to try to find balance:

1. Increase the value of old things like Components, Equipment, Class tree, Suppression, Elemental,...
2. Reduce the impact of new things like Titan Gear, Formation or even HT

Titan gear refinement should not have a negative result. Same stats should ALWAYS increase same stats. We should be able to keep the stats we want on both gear: the one being refined and the one used to refine. Or allow stabilization of both pieces of gear. This would make the stabilizer more attractive and refinement a better option instead of the chance of just loosing the gold gear completely with no benefit. Gold gear is too expensive and too rare.

Your titan gear has killed all your own system, including your latest AF hero. Your latest hero, the lvl3 and lvl7 es skill (30% ATK, ignition 30% and dmg 30%) can be replicated from titan gear. And as a rational man, I won’t spend heavily on something that I can get it with only a very low percentage and random rune.

In the past, I've pointed out that the reward system of the sand table is too extreme, because it presents unrealistic DMG goals as it goes to the top.

While it's understandable if it's for overall rationality that the sand table's rewards have gotten worse, the reward target has still been maintained, only the rewards have gone down. Did you think players would never know?

If you cut down 150 white material choice boxes on a 30-day basis, you have to say something. Equip is now a universal spec.

With the current defence mechanics if a defence march is out, then the game auto-assigns the next hero with the highest CP for that particular force.

This means that if a player is using Shinji or Asuka in AF and they are equipped with AF skills, they end up defending with army units if the main army defence march is out.

This is totally wrong and does not allow full usage of universal heroes.

Please can we have the option to select heavy trooper slot placement for base defence setup? This is hurting 99% of the community if not all of us. Due to hero combinations, formation levels etc we all place heavy trooper in different slots for maximum effectiveness. Default setting of slot 1 is not convenient at all.

My suggestion to do it in a way that it doesn't cause a huge revamp to the current version of the base defence interface, is to simply add a text field with a drop-down just below the heroes when you click "More Options". In such a way, if a heavy trooper is available for that particular unit type, it will get assigned to the selected slot during defence.

In a lot of ways it’s much better than when I started. But currently it’s off track and is going downhill and that’s very sad. The friends you make, gone because of wrong decisions made by devs. Whole topwar communities dismantled cause of the lack of motivation to play the game because things keep going away from what the players want. Players who have invested 100s of thousands of dollars into the game, gone cause of something as simple as titan gear making it the only thing you need to fight mega whales. And even when you “fixed” it, it wasn’t fixed in a way the player base wanted. Players leaving cause they feel cheated with mediocre compensation rewards because of the constant mess ups. Players leaving because entire time zones being left out with no explanations. When will enough be enough? How many players have to leave in order for us to be properly heard. 1k? 10k? 100k? 1m? Are you ready and willing to sacrifice players who have been around for years? Are you that prepared to lose active players who have held out hope for the game since the beginning? When events end that are not coming back, all event items need to be moved to the recycle store. This includes monthly limited time vouchers. This should be a weekly thing that happens whenever things end. please do away with the protection time. you can only do it 3 times per day. eliminating one of those times completely is not helpful. there are limits on beacons and intercepts and that's sufficient. please allow servers to play all time options. the 8 hour gaps help cover all time zones.

please clear teams when each session ends. there are a bunch of teams still active even when the event is not. offline players cause confusion.

One piece of Titan Gear is worth more than Morale 10 as it only adds 30%DMG increase, while it takes years to finish. Losing to young accounts playing not even half as long, while having the same VIP lvl is messed up. Look at all the complaints about it and take it seriously. Even a programming monkey should be able to understand the impact of a feature adding impacting your stats in such dimensions. Just ask yourself how much stat improvements can be gained by everything else compared to Titan gear. A new feature should never become the most important part of your stats. It invalidates everything else. Suppression, Morale, normal gear, hero bonds, decor is worth nothing compared to luck in Titan gear and ht chips. Do not continue in adding more HTs, many players don’t even finished a good set for the current 4, why even bother to add another.

feature request: Increase marching speed when we intercept during loot quest. Enemy's spaceship can appear everywhere on the world map, sometimes it takes 5-6 minutes to march. Considering a loot quest play only lasts for around ~ 10-11 minutes, the number of players who wants to intercept, the tasks and achievements involving intercepting and the fact that we need to find our enemy by hand, it's a big waste for us to use speed ups and/or port items. i have suggested in the past to add 1 more skill slot for 5* heroes for both CE/MM.

MMs will be given the chance to become more robust (they will have hero es skill slot/dmg+/dmg-/rare march size/normal march size). Basically they will have the chance to play like CEs currently play.

CEs will be given the chance to diversify and use all those skills that are now just PvE or useless (Crit rate+/Crit dmg+/Dodge/Hit).

You guys need to start add events that give us more important stuff in the game, like catalysts and materials for the titan gear!
Also, consider making the catalysts cheaper. You have to pay on average $33 for one gold tier catalyst, which isn't even guaranteed to give you anything good. And don't get me started on the special effects.. they are way to expensive for most of your players to even consider spending money on titan gear....

Why TW cannot make better matchups on TC Legends .... The total CP of Team is irrelevant when there is a +100m CP Player and others are munch lower.

1.) TW should always use higest CP of Player

2.) TW should make groups like 50-60m, 60-70m, 80-90, 90-100m and 100m+

3.) The higest CP Player of Team will be used to match the Team in right Group

So it would not be possible that 100m+ player with team of 50m players could sneak in matchup of lower groups.

Suggestion : Master Mechanics rewards

Since MMs are very often not as strong as CEs, we seldom get rewards as 1st/2nd or even 3rd in anything.

I suggest that MMs get extra rewards when helping with Towers and Urgent Care during events.

Example: in Alliance Defense & Individual Defense, an Urgent Care that repaired (very impotant) units should get a small reward, 1 skill box per 100 units repaired. At the end of the Ind. Def. Week, the MM with the UCs that repaired the most units gets 5 Power Cores, the 2nd gets 3, the 3rd gets 2, and after that for the next 7 : 1 power core. Same thing during Alliance Defense, other rewards during SvS, TC etc for setting up Towers and UCs. Specially if they served.

Also, some Sophisticated drawings would be interesting as rewards, since we need them to draft Mucus & Super mag. fields !!

I think they rotate it. One cycle the drop rate is really bad - probably this one. The next cycle the drop rates are suddenly improved. I think they do it to make sure the overall drops are at an average amount. So for example cycle one you get 2 legendary chest, then the next cycle you open four legendary chests, for an average of 4 (2 + 6 / 2). I think they did this a while ago and thought no one noticed.

List of rewards we consider as bad luck:

• 5 minute repair/training speed-ups
• Class Talent Speed-ups (all durations)
• Gold chests
• Tech chests
• Blue and purple hero shards in premium recruits and elite recruits
• Purple hero shards in merge boxes
• Anytime we don't receive store voucher in any event when we pay to play. (it's not a donation to top war, give us what we want to get regardless of how much we paid).
• Fix your RNG algorithm. It's based on UID and spending history and not on chance. If it was based on chance everybody would have luck at some point and not just the same select few every time.

With this being said, Mr. K shouldn't just be for the select few that spend a ton and have 1 tiny thing not go their way. It should be for everyone including f2p players.

The matchmaking is more and more based on CP that is now way too inflated for old players because they had to level up a lot more things that are now useless. Players should have opportunity to adjust down their CP to be in line with new players actual strength vs CP. If you are not going to fix the unbalanced drop rates of titan gear and runes in new servers versus that in old servers, stop pairing them up in events!

All the money I spent in this game in the 3 years that I'm playing and I get wrecked by titan gear that I can't get. We've talked to players in new servers. We KNOW their drop rates are so much better. People quit every day because of this change and no one cares.

The mail system during Titan Canyon still needs to be repaired. Please fix it. We cannot collect the gems we get from Crystal Labs. We need those. "Read All" does not work & cannot collect individually. Please update us as to when/if this will be fixed. It was reported last TC I believe.

-Fix all old events with their rewards + all the stores . Everything in this game is outdated now
-Tc lagging each week and you can't fix it until now while making other silly updates no one asked for . Hire new developers @tough peak
-Allow mm to make traps that fix HT immediately . It will be nice to be useful again instead of farmers all the time

Being a F2P is a good thing. Your money has not been devalued by TW. You can quit easily or just wait for another OP system to make titan gear obsolete.

1 DMG is valuable last year and cost a lot; now, 1 DMG is nothing at all. Money spent in the past is devalued significantly.

I think the devs are laughing at us every time we ask for changes in store/rewards. Revamp old paid and free heros with some new hero effects (magnetic pulse, vulnerable, debilitation, ignition, etc)
Make it possible for people to try out and find different marches which work for them and their Titan gear

Slow down on the HT drops. We have 5 now and most people barely have secondary marches and still focusing on ensuring their main marches have the best HT they can get.

Make MM useful again with new facilities than gave them a purpose like when weakening towers first were introduced. Like a weakening toward than disables the HT from incoming attacks or formations. (Not a serious suggestion but make MM usable and viable again)
