or PvE using existing player stat but acting like npc ?

The January preview says that raid units aren't repaired between intercept, and a raid continues until all 5 loses in an intercept. So I think battles would be 1v1? Unclear.
I'm unsure if the raid fights ALL defender or if each raid member only has to win once per battle...

All members HAVE to be online because some events require chat activity. You won't win with afk members unless you never fall on Code Breaker
If you "sign in and go", how do you expect to get all the code pieces?

(Honestly the beta test preview is HUGE and hard to read but it is a goldmine of information. Devs really need to make things more intuitive to read)

But same question : is it spent AT LAUNCH, or when joining? If we have to select rewards or no rewards during join... do we "reserve" our beacon and get it back if we cancel?

You're continuing to move along like this loot quest is meaningful, and maybe it could be, but by ignoring all the feedback you've already gotten, and in this case, locking it out, you're just building even more toxicity.

I appreciate your intention to have a discussion JUST about loot quest.
But its all the same game, and its all impacted by the same Titan Gear issues.

Is it really so hard to acknowledge the problems?

Titan Gear is too random, runes are worse than before.
Titan Gear is too significant for overall game balance.
Titan Gear is riddled with features that are punishing and unfun (refine for example)

My server issued losts of instructions about code, path selection etc.
In particular, you can know your teammates before selecting, and if not the leader you can join in a no-risk mode.

If you decide to take a random team of people who don't know the event, disable your rewards for a free game, select better teamates (or ask your server to organize, summing your leaders are smart)

1. are we able to NOT have any protection times? we'd rather have access to loot quest during all three time slots

2. will additional time slots be added? (or does TW plan on keeping the schedule very limited and difficult for servers like with Titan Canyon?)

3. why does protection time also prevent us from loot questing? I think if it is mandatory, at least let us also attack. Big servers need as much time windows as possible. Especially those that cater to many different time zones.

There is only 3 artifacts and those are already captured at day1. We need to wait 7days 10h to them return to loot pool so we can have chance to win jackpot. Starship watchers attack seems to be too weak to return artifact earlier back to loot quest pool.

Not sure if you can really survive until the end of the event. Starship watchers stats are already 4000/4000/400/400 and they increase twice a day by 200/200/20/20 each . Would mean next weekend you have to survive 5 waves of 7000/7000/700/700 stats

Have many people looking. You can zoom out quite a bit

you zoom out just before you can no longer see the houses (base) so you can scan a larger part of the map and as soon as you see a weird red building, you attack

Its easy. During last 2 hours i searched ~50 intruders. On PC with wider screen its really easy. Zoom out, scroll up and down. 8-10columns to cover whole map. It take max 5 min to find every intruder. If you dont have acces to PC and your only option is phone you are disadvantaged.
Cooperate with your friends/alliance/world. Divide the map into pieces and each person takes care of a small part. Together you can be more efficient.

I believe loot quest is permanent event. Otherwise nobody will ever get this achievement done. Chance to find same commander 5 times is nonexistent. There is 896 servers. To even get one commander landing your server twice might take years. 5 times... Maybe you even have better chance to win lottery jackpot than five times same commander show up your server.

For dice, you should run two persons team, and only quest starter should use token. There's no competition, and you always get all rewards, when it's your turn to do the quest. It's the best way. And, as it's completely random, only luck decides.

Always will be nothing in "All of nothing". Behind this doors is always bad luck. There are no rewards there. Sometimes you have chance to find collectibles or very rare there is a chance to coveted Nothing and then even whole team can count for collectibles. But do not expect any reward from this gameplay.

Where did my loot quest go, you can not just stop something without warning, where's all the items I won , do they still count, will the event be back? So many unanswered questions , I spent real money like many others to advance in this event to wake up and it's gone. Best part is it was one of the better things TW have introduced for a long time. For all we know if could be gone just this week then restart next week and topwar is just creating awkward suspense that could create a mass exodus. cause a lot of people enjoy it and for them to take it away after all the other botched updates and “additions” to the game. 1. Loot Quest will be paused for several days (will come back on May 2024; resume date still unknown).
2. Beacons stored in inventory will not expire during the Loot Quest hiatus.
3. Achievements will not reset during the hiatus. The counters for the achievements will remain.
4. Collectibles will stay. No collectible will be lost during the hiatus. The collectibles can still be seen at the Top Museum building.
5. Artifacts will be withdrawn (as usual). No need to be worried about this one really.
6. Gathering materials for the Spaceship has been paused during the hiatus.

TW codes their game poorly. They can allow Loot quest in game and reshape their timers to not match with cross over events and once these are finished the Loot quest resumes.

Unsure if their "temporary" suspension will translate into new pay to win features , bait rewards and rigged systems to drop the artifacts or even pay to win artifacts.

Your next event is potentially tomorrow and is nothing related to Cross over. You cook for star rating ⭐ and get rewarded. Pay to win event for vouchers.

To the Devs reading, be more respectful towards players. They pay for your "game development" even though you don't care about your player pool other than their wallets and credit card plafond, truth is a player does not need to join your Discord server to be warned about an in game event coming to an end/temporary close.

Early peaks, early announcements, debates etc Discord is a tool to be used since the final product is launched in your client (our game). Next time don't forget to warn players via in game mail. We are aware you make many mails to servers in regards to bugs and affected players, it doesn't take you much effort to issue a game mail announcing the end of something. "Next turn" will effect only during the next round and block all atks during that round only.

If this feature is added, I believe no one can play loot quest except those giant whales. Even now, when you hit a server which is active, you can be found easily. When you are found and have not enough tech.. that round is basically done. I have been 1508&2216..they found me out in several mins…even teleported 2-3times, they can still found me out easily. I can defend 1-2 times their 7x-8xM CP’s attacks, but that’s it.

Not sure how strong you are, but likely you will be the one to cry.

Before you even move to other server, your team camp is actually already on another server, the moment you click to start loot. So they already have at least 30s to find your camp. Also if its only your camp there, people hungry for intercept will have motivated to find even faster.

If people click to your team instantly, you guys will see, your camp on other server right away but starship move slowly until arrive. Thats why on active servers, likely being kick out right away even you dont even start loot yet 😂😂

Thats one thing make people confused, why they got hit so fast. The other thing is tech. There are 2 same name but actually different "next battle" and "next turn" so you likely when people use tech and lost,

99% is "the next turn tech" so it wont protect you, until after the next round, while "next battle" protect you right away, but only protect ONE atk, so another confusion make people think noone can atk you if using tech

Idk why people still dont even get and confuse all the time and TW have no movement to change that.

My loot quest and my teammate go smoothly, and use tech normally, so 99% just people dont read and dont know the differences and use it correct

TW won't fix this because it puts emphasis on having an actual leader that reads stuff, 4 players out of 5 have no reason to take care of that as long one person can do strategy.
As another example : the ranked scoring was confusing, but kept that way as one server leader (pillar?) was enough to decrypt everything for the remainder of the population into comprehensible objectives

Untouchable is the shield in Loot Quest. There are 2 types with same name & icon. One is next turn, which takes effect upon starting next turn, i.e. use in 8 but not active until 9. The other is next battle, which is immediately active & will effect the very next battle, even in same turn. Players need to read the description carefully.

Everything has been downgraded, now you need 10 hours to get a beacon(increased time), lowered the drop rate for dice rewards like gold catalysts, gold chip and so on, lowered the rate of getting 2x from the tech. Lowered the drop rate of artifacts.

Anyone know how to complete the "obtained all technology" achievement.

Optain every tech at least once. Not possible in one loot quest. It is in general

If you still miss it, then there is a tech you have never got

But you cant check which one exactly

Hey, I'm hoping someone here can settle a debate were are having on my server in regards to Loot Quest Tect and attacks.

• If you use teleport tech - it cancels out attackers even if they have already arrived - meaning it is stronger than shield tech, right? (small debate)
• If you use invisibility, and attackers have not landed yet, they bounce and go back home? (big debate)

The invisible certainly bounces them back as it's happened to me 😂

I think teleport is about the timing. If the attacker is too late for the battle stage of a round, the teleport will trigger and throw them off. If they arrive in time for the battle stage, the battle will occur before the teleport triggers.

Teleport tech teleports you next round. If opponent arrives before start of the next round, he will proceed with attack. If you survive, you will be teleported at the beginning of the next round. If you die, you go home (after they take rewards).

Invisibility tech is only instant defensive tech, but you have to activate it before they arrive. If they have arrived, they will attack.

If attackers arrive during the battle phase, you still have to defend them. The port occurs at the very start of a round. If you use dynamic invisibility, if the attacker is already there, you have to face them. If not, it will bounce them for 60 seconds

My personal strategy is to hold back a dynamic invisibility and a teleport. If the screen starts to flash, you go invisible. Then hit the port. You normally will finish the round within 60 seconds so you instantly defend, then get the fluff out of there
